Ocean Roll is the perfect roadside seafood stop. They serve out of their food truck on-site. There is a small parking lot that can get busy in the peak season. There is a full bathroom for use. Also, seating is outdoors but covered by a tent (as of June 2025).

I’ve never been more disappointed in a $30 purchase… we have been coming here for years, and this year the food is just not the same. A month ago, I had a similar experience, but wrote it off as a bad day or that maybe they were close to closing as we had went late. Today I ordered fried whole belly clams and am disgusted with my order. These are so slimy and the breading is mooshy, I don’t even know if these are cooked. For a $30 take out meal, with seafood fresh from the area I expected a bit better.
I always recommended the Ocean roll to visitors and family but sadly that will not be the case this year.

I’ve driven by several times after hours.
Today i stopp by at 1.30pm
Not too busy and quick service
I got the clam strip roll and side of fries.
There were lobster rolls, haddock roll, shrimp roll, whole belly clam rolls.
Everything sounds pretty good and I’ll definitely try and come back.
Clam roll was huge and side fries also.
Could probably feed 2 people with this order.
I took leftovers in my cooler for supper tonight

Tasty and juicy lobster roll and the fried haddock was also delicious and juicy, not dried or over cooked! They even have a nice restroom. Worth the visit!

Best lobster roll I’ve had yet! I got the hot lobster option with butter vs cold with mayo. That is the winner! Grabbed some fries and a root beer and I was in heaven. Definitely coming back again. Service was awesome!

Best lobster rolls in southern Maine! Great value, too….2 rolls for $30. We got the hot buttered (CT style) and the classic cold roll (ME style). I’m gonna have to come back and get that swordfish next time!
