4.5 rating….We ate here twice while staying in the hotel. We ate both breakfast and dinner. We had two different waiters but had a similar experience with both.
Both were very friendly, but everything took very long time. Everything came out perfectly, we had no issues with the food it was delicious. But I felt at times it would have been better for the waitstaff to check in and ask if we needed more water or drinks. They missed out on the sale and a higher tip. That’s all.
Both times food was amazing, large potions too! Once the food came out the wait staff was more attentive.
Overall, wonderful experience.

Gorgeous restaurant with delicious food and friendly staff.
One of the best places in the area as the restaurant was full when we were there and the waiter said this is a common situation for them.
The staff was amazing as they were holding our table for half an hour after they found out that we were celebrating our anniversary.
I’d definitely come back to taste their lobster stew and filet mignon. The cocktails are also on the high level as I haven’t had such a good negroni for a few years.
Make sure you have a reservation in case you plan on dining here.

Very tasty clam chowder. Place was expensive for what you get. Food was 80% very good. Not much else to choose from if you’re staying at this hotel, but the hotel is super Duper nice! Quiet area and cute cute houses nearby. Got table by the window to see the water.

Finding appropriate parking was a challenge. Most of the spots seem to be reserved for somewhere else. After awhile, we finally found an unmarked space.
Decor was phenomenal! They had paintings literally hanging from the ceiling. However, the chairs dragged terribly on the floor, and the table swayed to the point that I thought it may fall apart.
We loved our meals! The bartender was particularly talented. He poured a drink called The Donovan, and Wow did that sneak up on me! Incredible!!

Waited 30 minutes for lobster roll and fries. No bottle opener for bucket of beers. Host, said “busy” 2:45 on a Monday afternoon. I’d rather had no excuse than a poor one.

Dinner last evening was outstanding. The food is delicious. Don’t miss the blueberry crumble for dessert. Service was great. Our waitress, Marica, was top notch! Highly recommend dinner here while staying in the Boothbay area.

Had breakfast here. Ocean point breakfast. Blueberry pancakes, 3 eggs, bacon, potatoes. The blueberry pancakes are delicious. Comes with Maine maple syrup and butter. The mouthfeel and flavor were up my alley. The three eggs I got, sunny side up, paired very well with the flavors of the bacon and potatoes. The presentation was very cute and I appreciate that. The overall quality is very good in my opinion. If you wish to start the day with a bit of sweet and salty, this dish will not disappoint. 2024/06/17 The service was great.
