This cozy little pho spot feels like a mom-and-pop gem. You can really tell they put love and attention into their broth—it’s rich, savory, and absolutely comforting. The pho is generously loaded with noodles and protein, and every bowl feels made with care. I’ve tried the combination, filet mignon, and shredded chicken options, and each one was consistently delicious, though the filet mignon ended up being my favorite.
The staff are incredibly welcoming and attentive, making the whole experience feel personal whether you’re dining in or taking your pho to go. It’s the kind of place where you instantly feel like a regular. Highly recommend for anyone craving heartwarming pho.

I’ve tried many pho places. The soup at Ocean Pho is way too sweet compared to others. They give a generous amount of protein, but I personally don’t like soup that sweet.

Pretty sure they gave me reheated food. I ordered chow fun. It should’ve been hot off the wok but I know what reheated noodles that sat tastes like. Don’t think a customer won’t know. I didn’t want to complain at the table for the sake of my companions.

Servers were friendly and prompt so I don’t blame them. Maybe they got better food but I can’t trust an establishment that will serve reheated food. That’s just bad practice.

Recently went to this location in mountain grove. Got served by this girl, I believe she said her name was “yamela”, she did great, food came out quickly and the server always had a smile on her face. The food on the other hand was not the best, it was edible but I don’t know if I will be dining there again, and if I do I’ll probably get something else. Atmosphere wise, it was fine had a cozy vibe but with too much greenery.

I loveeee coming here! I always get the sautéed filet mignon with fried rice and it’s always so good! The staffs are super friendly and the place is really nice and cozy. I love the pho soups too! I’ve tried different Pho places, but I think they have the best pho! Highly recommended ❤️❤️❤️

I was tempted to try something new and different out of curiosity and got a chicken curry pho. I love curry and am aware that not every restaurants dish is the same. So I took the risk even if I had paid for something I might not like. I thought I could try and enjoy it but it was too much and didnt want to continue eating it. The restaurant owner Kim was pouring water to customers and made her way to our table, paused in worry and saw that I wasnt eating and it was my partner only enjoying her pho. She asked if everything was okay and I had said I didnt really enjoy the curry as much as I thought I would. She was so sweet and thoughtful, apologized and understood that curry can sometimes be a hit or miss depending on the way restaurants make them. She told me theres no way I she could let me not eat and only have my partner eating. She immediately asked me and was super courteous and thoughtful enough to say, pick something else from the menu and we will make sure you eat and enjoy another dish, FREE OF CHARGE. I love how Kim handled gracefully this situation, even though at first I was hesitant and didnt want to be a difficult demanding customer. She was super kind and generous, and made sure my food was made within 10mins as top priority, to be able to eat with my partner together. This was a very humbling experience at this Ocean Pho restaurant and I’ve been a loyal customer for 3 years. Kim truly cares for her customers and quality food. Thank you again for making this special. Me and my partner are incredibly grateful and love supporting your restaurant!

I went a couple nights ago and the food was great. However, this old Asian lady, I think she was the owner. She had what looked like animal hair all over her clothes, and as someone who is highly allergic to dogs, I find that extremely disrespectful to have in an establishment. I had already ordered my food so I couldn’t just leave but my allergies where very heightened. The food was great however she was talking to us customers a lot while trying to eat with the animal hair all over her. As someone who used to work in the food industry when I was young, I find this very unprofessional. Genuinely find it a bit inconsiderate as it’s not hard to use a lint roller or just change clothes before leaving your house!

Delicious food and outstanding service! We had the filet mignon pho, oxtail pho and fried calamari. Sides included fresh basil, bean sprouts, lime wedges, chili slices, hoisin and chili sauces. The special sauce for the calamari was unique and excellent. Thank you Haley and Kayla!

I love chicken vermicelli which is what I ordered. I also added chicken spring rolls which aren’t on the menu but they are able to substitute. Feeling full, happy and content!
