When I first walked in, there were about four table in the dining room, with people at them. Since wanting to eat dinner, we wanted to sit where loud music wasn’t overwhelming our meal. Was told no server was designated for that section, and the hostess (?), kept trying to seat us at the smallest tables, practically shoulder-to-shoulder with other people, on the pub side. After waiting for a table by the unused fireplace to be cleaned, we sat down. There were two tables where we sat, with higher tables all around, and the people completely blocked the tvs. Found it odd to have lower tables like that, in that spot, considering the other tables all seemed far too close together.
The wings we ordered were actually pretty good, but this might be the second time I’ve ever seen wings not be accompanied by celery or carrot sticks.
Wait times on drinks and food was fairly long, which seemed odd considering there were several workers, and not many customers (most around us were just drinking).
The experience and atmosphere felt weird (perhaps poor floor design), but definitely willing to give it another shot considering the food was good.
Service was okay but took a long wait for our food to arrive. Drink special on Sunday’s are Caesars – a very spicy variety which was delicious. We ordered burgers, my husband picked their cheese burger, he said it was surprisingly good. I ordered the Greek Chicken Burger which was awesome – the cucumber slices added a nice crunch and worked well with the feta cheese and chicken. Lost a point because of the house salad – dismal iceberg lettuce with shredded carrot – and some kind of thick gooey dressing – not a fan, could easily step it up by using a nice leaf lettuce.
Prices are decent bonus close to home and plenty of free parking.
Have dined in here many times and have always said its one of the better pizzas in the LM. It offers fresh crispy chewy crust, ooey gooey cheeses, lots of toppings and fresh gourmet flavours.
The building itself could use some renos, but still comfy and cozy, especially near the fireplace. Drinks were very good. The service was friendly and adequate. Our only complaint is the often dated soundtrack played very loud…just a bit too loud for comfortable conversation.
Our last visit was on February 2, 2026 and I have been craving another amazing pizza since. A bit pricey but worth it if it is up to usual standards so I tried delivery thru Uber.
The service was quick but it just was NOT the same despite ordering the exact same pizza. How disappointing. It wasnt just a bit less good it was awful. Soggy mildly rancid (previously frozen?) tasting crust, minimal toppings….soooooo disappointed. I get there may be some difference due to delivery itself but this was not that. Where is that gooey cheese? And for what I got, yikes, I could’ve saved $35 and got a frozen pizza! And it wouldve been better. It was that bad. Can’t believe it. I even checked to be sure it was the same place!
Also the box wasnt sealed shut. And a bill was STAPLED to the box edge. Staples aren’t a good option around food. Imagine getting one in your gums….
Dining in though, you really cant go wrong, and still highly recommend.
Im confused. Hoping its an anomaly.
What happened? And on a Saturday evening? ♀️
