I usually go to Ruby’s Cajun in Springfield, but this is closer to my house so I figured I’d try them….
First thing, ordered 2 pounds of crawfish the menu (that I had) and the one online says $13 per pound but when it was time to pay I was confused as to why it was a higher total than what it was supposed to be & the cashier showed me a menu with a higher price of $15 and stated that the new price was “scratched off” of the menu I had.
Second, after I paid the higher price I got home and looked in my bag to find ALL tiny baby crawfish.
Thirdly, my broccoli was VERY mushy very overcooked.

Always quick service! Great food. Friendly staff. Seafood Boils are good, treat yourself to the Kong Crab legs. You won’t regret it. Canned and bottled Beer is also available for purchase.

DO NOT EAT HERE!! This place is trifling they serve old crabs legs mushy the crab meat was squishy spread like butter they have a sushi bar sitting out rotten for DAYS!! Upon approaching the employee stormed off to the back and as the door flew open I seen how DIRTY it was in the back he was extremely rude and not accommodating at all. SAVE YOUR MONEY AND THE HASSLE!! Also reporting to the state can’t image how many people got sick along side me!! DISGUSTING

Worst customer service ever chinese dude at counter thinks he can talk any way he wanted to customers! Food was order an 1 hour ahead I get there food still is not done, no estimate of when it’ll be done. They won’t offer refunds or anything.

This place was recommended so I figured I’ll give it a try. The food was HORRIBLE! We had sweet potatoes fries and Cajun fries. The Cajun fries were hard and cold. We also had catfish and whiting. The fish was so greasy and soggy. We ordered Cajun wings. The wings looked deformed and take like grease. Don’t waist your money!

The food quality is really BAD. I Ordered almost $40 worth of food. The blue crabs were so SMALL and they were OLD. I could not crack the crabs open because they were so dry and OLD. The $6 chicken wings for $9.99 are NOT worth the price. I can pay that and get way better quality wings from a few other restaurants. I got a Full Refund from Door Dash and will never order from here again. Over priced and bad quality food.

Best ever! Ordered it for delivery to my hotel room, amazing food! I’m so happy. Only complaint is there was only one wet wipe for my hands in the bag haha! A perfect meal. Crab legs, green mussels, and shrimps.

The Best & My Families FAVORITE Seafood Spot. Now we all Love Seafood so we’ve tried plenty. But this one hereeeee, BEATS them all. Now I only have 2 photos I could find in my phone. Purchased other items as well.. Let me tell y’all, The Steamed bagged seafood is sooo DELICIOUS . From the Juices, to the seasoning & spices. Crabs, Mussels & Shrimp be fresh & steamed PERFECTLY EVERY TIME. EVERYTHING is on point here. Had plenty of their fried foods as well.. If you haven’t tried yet, try TODAY!!! Won’t be dissapointed!!!
