Ocean Grill Longneck was busy, busy, busy!
We waited about 20 minutes this weekend to have breakfast and not once did the crowd die down at the restaurant. Our server was rushing us a bit but for the fast-paced diner, I don’t fault her for that. It’s a typical diner environment, nothing fancy or necessarily special, however it was clean and they have a breakfast buffet for $14.95 and the food appeared tasty.
For $37.30 without tip included, we had the Belgian waffle, a spinach omelet and cheese omelet. The food didn’t look great, to be honest, but everything was so good! The homefries needed seasoning but I suspect they get an older clientele so it’s safer to allow them to season their food. I was happy to actually have two slices of bread for my toast because restaurants nowadays are giving you one piece of bread and cutting it in half.
Plenty of parking is available and as I mentioned, the restaurant is clearly popular because it was busy the entire time!

Worst experience ever. We came in at 11:30, my husband and I ordered breakfast and an order of scrapple fries and our son ordered the chicken finger and fries appetizer. After waiting an unusually long amount of time, our waiter comes back with the two breakfast plates and says they have no gas and can’t make the chicken fingers app or scrapple fries and asks if my son wants anything? Yes.. of course he would but we should have been told that before being served our food and he had to sit there with nothing. As he looked over the menu he didn’t see anything he wanted and we would have been done eating before he even got his food so he decided to not get food there and get it elsewhere after we left. My husband ate his breakfast quickly but I could not eat mine as one egg was yellow inside like normal and one was clear inside. I haven’t seen anything like this before so I would not eat it. We left very disappointed and definitely would never come here again. They did take my eggs off the bill but I think they should have done more. They were barely apologetic and a bit rude about how they handled it. Would give a zero if possible. Our bill for the one meal and 3 drinks was $17. They definitely should have comped the meal and drinks.

Great diner food! But it is a diner, and that is why I rated it so high. We are in our fifties, and we thought the food prices were super reasonable, portions are huge, fries were excellent, alcohol prices are reasonable as well, scallops were surprisingly delicious. No wait and our server was efficient and friendly. We will be back!

My parents took me my little girl to breakfast after I was recovering down their house at the beach after surgery It was a really great little restaurant Sunday morning The food was fantastic server was really nice there were some crabby patrons there that weren’t being very nice to my daughter but that has nothing to do with the restaurant I’m just saying keep your head on a swivel for some mean crochety old people that might be around but all in all it was a great little diner that reminded me of my childhood down there with my grandmom and personal recommendations tried the French toast it’s fantastic

Atmosphere smatmosphere, atmosphere doesn’t matter if the food is great. Unfortunately I can’t say our food was great. Fresh Broiled fish and seafood is good but the fish and chips and crab cake on a brioche were disgraceful. What a disappointment. Our waitress Leah was absolutely wonderful and should look for a better restaurant to serve. Ps I don’t recall hearing any music playing at all.

Ate here for the first time with my Wife and was pleasantly surprised. It’s worth noting it’s more of a nice Diner than a grill in my opinion based on the vibes of the interior I got. But it was not crowded at all on the Sunday afternoon we went; was clean, had a very large menu compared to other local restaurants, plenty of parking, they support vets by offering a 10% discount by showing the I.D., relatively low prices, and the staff is super friendly.
The Cinnamon raisin French toast with fresh Blueberries was amazing; give it a try. Also highly recommend the Scrapple fries.

Our food was made using real ingredients, not reheated. Everything was good. Went Sunday after church. Short wait.

It’s not a bad place for a diner. There is plenty of parking. The staff was friendly. The food was good with big portions. I ordered the meatloaf and mashed potatoes with brown gravy and green beans. It’s was huge and all I could do to finish it. Dinners come with either a soup or salad and ice cream, bread pudding, or rice pudding for dessert. I can’t have ice cream, but the bread pudding was delicious. It’s definitely worth the money and worth checking out. Thank you for the experience.

The food looked good, but it sure didn’t taste good. Wasn’t cooked with Love.
Pancakes were hard and gritty, no season on the Home Fries, eggs were not scramble correctly. After you beat the eggs, you scramble them on the grill not fold them.
I’m not even going to mention how they jacked my wife’s order up.
Anyway, I won’t be going back.
