The food is excellent. Prepared fresh, you can taste the freshness. Most Chinese food places have a heavy feel thick with sauce sometimes. Ocean Gardens feels lighter, less dense with oil and bottled General Tsos. My daughter loves the Wonton soup, my husband has a list of favorites including boneless ribs, Crispy duck and Eggpoant with chicken. I love the pad Thai and the egg rolls. Worth the drive from Mays Landing to Somers Point. Oh and the staff or owners are so nice to us. We love it as you can tell.

We were refered by friends who thoroughly enjoyed a recent visit. The restaurant is clean, bright & roomy. The menu is vast yet easy to read & follow. We had 2 appetizers & 2 entrees. We had Cha Siu Bao, I know them as Bao buns, and Soup Dumplings. My wife commented that the soup dumplings were just like the ones her mother made as a child. Her entree, Roast Duck Noodle Soup,
was excellent. For comparison to other Chinese restaurants I had General Chicken.
It was superior and not typical. The chicken was all uniform large pieces. The coating was thin and crisp. The sauce was very good. It was less thick & less sweet than most. A true sauce rather than a thick syrup. The uniform broccoli florets were cooked perfectly, firm not raw. Great dinner, very reasonably priced, lovely experience.

I ordered black pepper pork chop that come with white rice. They chopped all pork chop into tiny pieces. Each piece i got all contain big bone. I didnt get a single piece of pork chop that didnt have any bone in it. And awful amount of Green peppers. I definitely would not come back to this place again. Food taste medicore

My total came to $103. They completely forgot to give me my Chicken with Snow peas. I also ordered House Lo Mein and got shrimp lo mein instead. And, their signature dish which cost me $30, the Surf and Turf was so bland. And the beef wasn’t even tender. The pork with string beans, the beans were so soft and over cooked. I’ll never go back there again

Located in a strip mall, this is a hidden gem of some of the best asian food we have ever had. The dining room was barren, but the kitchen is where the magic happens…and it will not dissapoint your taste buds! Very resonable pricing as well.
We will return !

Been driving by this place for years, figured we give it a try. Service was fine, the employee even called us when the order was done. The crab rangoon was excellent. The combination platters, not so much. We each got different platters. The issue we all agreed on, was they need more flavor. The bone less ribs we even ordered, were tough to eat.

Food made me sick. I asked for no soy sauce. I called to get help and they hung up on me. The soup was given like that. Plus no crunchy noodles. So sad, I’ll never go back. Tons of other and better places to go.
