First time eating here. I was gifted a gift certificate 4 years ago. They accepted it without question. So glad they did.. We ordered the grilled eggplant sandwich, 1 qt of chicken chili and the chicken lettuce cups. All 3 were really but the chili really stood out. It has a sweetness to it and just enough heat. So much flavor it is so different than any chili I’ve ever had, I couldn’t stop eating it!!! More like a soup than a thick chili. You have got to try this place. Everything tastes fresh and seasoned perfect!!! Wish I had taken photos before we ate it all!!!

Lovely, cozy place to stop in for a quiet lunch. The chicken chili was such a gift after a cold beach walk in February. And Tara was kind enough to give me a second cup free after I mentioned how good it was. To top it off, the music is the old relaxing stuff of the last half-century, played at low enough volume to make a great companion as you read or look out the window. Hope to be back! Thank you!

I enjoy the Avocado wrap and I add grilled chicken. Sooo good.
My kids since they were young (now off to college in the fall) love their spring rolls. They customize them to their liking. If we bring newcomers we always bring them there.
My husband has tried many things on the menu and has never been disappointed. His favorite is the grilled tuna steak sandwich.
We all get smoothies fresh & delicious.

The peanut sauce is amazing! Order anything with it. This is a small local cafe so service can be slow and seating can be tight for a busy weekday lunch. You can park out back in the free lot or you can find street parking. Some food items are better than others but the prices are very reasonable

First time ordering on line. Wasn’t greeted other than “picking up or placing an order” then a bag was placed on the counter. That’s all . Had to ask if I was supposed to sign something.
Food was great- would be 5 star if I got a greeting and/or thank you. Plus, the counter person would have gotten a $5 cash tip. Summer transient season is OVER!

Ocean cafe is the best! Their soups are unbelievable. The sandwich / soup deal is a steal (and filling!) They have the best oyster crackers. The staff is amazing (Gina is just a fantastic person). This place has been around d for awhile because they know what they are doing. Healthy, well priced, next to beach and just overall good service. Don’t miss their chicken chili soup-my sister who hates chilli is now obsessed (only with theirs)

Only thing to note is if you make any adjustments to an item, which they are happy to do, it often costs a different amount for the same changes each visit.
