Plenty of seating and very reasonably priced. It’s honestly the best Chinese Buffet in the area. Had a great variety dishes and their seafood was fresh. What I enjoyed most was the huge sushi selection – that did it for me – well worth it just on sushi. Only took 3 pictures, but that’s just because I really enjoyed eating there, honestly. A+++

This place was overall alright. The food was pretty good, and the atmosphere was just okay — nothing amazing, nothing terrible. The hibachi chef had a bit of an attitude for no real reason, which threw off the vibe a little.
I still chowed down, but it definitely felt a bit overpriced for what you get. Not the worst experience, but probably won’t return.

Food was very fresh, well varied. Multiple choices for soups, sushi, meats, seafood, rice and deserts. Lots of room to move between stations. Attendants are quick to fill drinks and remove plates. Lunch price is reasonable given what was presented. Dinner features higher end meats and such. Sits at the western end of what used to be the Fashion Square Mall facing Colonial Ave.

We’ve read a number of the previous positive reviews, and decided this buffet is worth to visit. This happened to be Sunday, the priciest day (17.99/adult), still we were not disappointed.
The food selection was more than satisfactory, all tasty, our family, kids and adults liked it.
The service was prompt, the used plates removed in time.
Restrooms were never be a strong point of Chinese buffets, so we are not paying much attention to it.

Ocean Buffet was highly recommended by several friends. My wife and I finally decided to give it a try on a Sunday. I was simply blown away at the variety, quantity and quality of the food. The buffet was very well stocked and included both hot and cold entrees, sushi, soups, sides and deserts. A great value at their all-day Sunday price of $16.99.

Was above average as far as buffet types go. Did have some unique selections such as the octopus salad I have attached a photo of. Waitstaff were not exactly friendly, but not rude. Did not try the hibachi, but it looked good.

Great food is love the coconut shrimp its delicious. Service was good we went on a Sunday about 1pm and it was very busy so the food was hot. $17.99 each is a little steep in my opinion but it was good. We will return again.

It’s, definitely, popular with lots of people. I mean, lots. With that said, I was a bit hesitant to touch things due to many others touching things as it’s self serve. I pushed through, however.
Next time, I’ll stick to the hibachi option as there was less ‘other people touching things’.
In other words, there could be more effort in cleanliness.
