Top notch coffee bad service. Highly recommend their specialty OCA Mocha. Has a Mexican chocolate vibe. Srasonal options also available. The iced matcha latte was gross and watered down. Was made so hot all the Ice melted and was warm. Now the service……very slow and unorganized. Didn’t seem that there were enough employees initially. The person on the food line was pumping it out! Definitely kudos to him. There was nobody making coffee. The register worker took at least 5 orders and didn’t make a single cup of coffee until a third worker showed up to takeover the register. Worker was too focused on taking orders than making orders. Would definitely get the OCA Mocha again, but won’t return because of the service element. Parking is also difficult, especially for an out of towner.

The Honeymoon is one of the best drinks I’ve had in a long time! Unfortunately its only here for a limited time “boooo”. Its so refreshing and such a unique taste, even the rose petals are a nice touch. I know it would be perfect on a hot summer day so pease bring back!

This place is so cute!!!! I was in the area because I have two family members with appointments at the Baltimore Field Office that were 3 hours apart and wanted somewhere to chill in between. This is the best place.
While waiting my brothers and I played Jenga that the cafe offers and also monopoly which is this super cute specialized version for the area, Arbutus/Baltimore.
This cafe is so cute and quiet – a great place to get some work done, have a small meeting or chill with your family. If I lived nearby this would definitely be a regular place I would come to get work done.
To drink, I ordered something on seasonal media specifically their Rose B. Chai (I forgot the second word ) which a mix of chai and rosemary. And dare I say it’s the PERFECT FUSION!!! It’s so good! at first I was a little skeptical thinking it shouldn’t work but it does. Now unfortunately my mom didn’t approve and she has a more of a sweet tooth than I do so maybe different people have their different opinion but I loved it. There’s also an orange creamsicle drink that’s on the menu that I really want to try.I didn’t have time to order food but the prices are super reasonable like less than $10.
I really liked this place and next time I’m in the area I will definitely stop by.

This is one of the only places that you can find a lavender Matcha latte… They are so delicious… Also, I had the most delicious muffin I’ve ever had in my life… I’m not exaggerating… I’m hard to please, and this muffin was out of this world! It had one baked apple slice on the top. I hope they continue to carry this kind of muffin… I think I’m going to call them tomorrow to find out who baked this delicious muffin. I believe they get deliveries from someone. I’m dreaming about the muffin right now as I’m doing my ab workout, lol I will do a ab workout every night for this muffin.

We stop by here for a work appointment. I had a latte and a grilled cheese with bacon on it. Both were very good! The Coffee was strong. Grilled cheese was done perfectly! The only knock on the place is it was a little bland. So they could definitely do something with the dining room to bring up the colors. Otherwise, the place was very clean and the service was great!

The Oca Mocha Iced Latte is DELICIOUS! It has a touch of cinnamon that really makes it flavorful. This coffee shop is easy to get to. We stopped in during the Arbutus Arts Festival so it was a little busy. They move quickly so the wait was minimal. Plenty of seating to sit and drink coffee and eat food. Looking forward to trying other items from here. Staff was friendly.

I was extremely surprised by the great menu selection at this coffee shop. It had a relaxing and warm atmosphere. It has the most expansive vegan menu options of any coffee shop that I have been to. I used this relaxing place while I waited for my car to get washed across the street.

Love this small little coffee shop. Great coffee and specialty drinks. I’ve had the food before here, and it’s good. Today I made a pit stop on my way to work, but wasn’t able to get any food because the kitchen was paused while were working on a catering order (tummy grumbles).
