Not a great time, they are so unorganized when they release a bottle drop. There machines keep cutting off so it takes 2 hours to get through the line. I don’t want to be stuck out side for an hour in freezing weather. They keep picking the same numbers as well. Just a very unorganized establishment. Probably won’t ever be back for a stupid bottle drop. There are plenty of places I can get the alcohol for and not freeze for hours on end.

I love the selection they have but I’ve had a couple experiences with the staff being rude to me. I’m not sure if it’s because I’m not their preferred clientele but I got the message and won’t return.

Steve, Teresa, and Ben do a great job getting the best wines, liquor, and beer in. If they don’t have an item in stock, They listen to your requests and get it in ASAP. Great service. The wine and beer bar are a great addition to the store. Food trucks come regularly and nothing better than sipping on some Jackie-O beer and watching Xavier basketball on their patio. Please continue to offer the tasting Events of champagne and great wines. Awesome place worth checking out!

Stop in almost every Thursday to grab some beer, stock the bar or grab some Weller Special Reserve. They have a great selection of everything and the staff is always very friendly. I get asked if I need help every time I stop in.
