Upon initially walking in and ordering our ice cream The girls behind the counter were quick to get our order entered. We ended up waiting several minutes for the ice cream too arrive and while we were waiting there was an inherent odor of rotten food or milk emanating from the floor. It was very off-putting and almost caused me to gag. When we finally did receive our ice cream the portions were so small for the amount that we paid. The ice cream was delicious though especially the cherry with chocolate chunks.

Just went to the drive through, they close at 10 and was there at 950. I wanted a chocolate shake for my daughter who just had her wisdom teeth out and I was told they already cleaned the blenders and they open at 1030 tomorrow. I will never go there again. Corporate will be sure to get a review.

Sienna was great at the drive-thru, very quick and super nice and very patient and understanding when i was ordering for the first time at Oberweis. I went back for walk in with my kids and I had to ask for the girl taking my orders name because she was so sweet and helped my kids pick out the best thing on the menu. My 3rd time there, one of the employees Keegan was very nice and made my ice cream amazing. The rest of the staff was just as great with big smiles on their face and the friendliness was heartwarming. Love to see these young entrepreneurs and highschool workers enjoy their job making ice cream. All the girls seemed to get along in there and have positive attitudes. A special thankyou to the Oberweis manager for training these girls to put in their best and to teach them about amazing customer service. I definitely recommend Oberweis, my experience across the street at Andy’s was not what i was anticipating and the ice cream does not compare to Oberweis. Great job girls. T

This place had the nicest staff! From the cashier to the ones bringing out your icecream. It was so welcoming. Cashier even gave my daughter a balloon! Ice cream was delicious. The place was very clean and well attended to.

Offerings are always high quality. One of perks when spending $8.00 on a milkshake, while dining in, is that they’re supposed to be served in a frozen schooner glass. Recently my son and I were served our shakes in glasses pulled directly out of dishwasher, I’m glad they were clean but the hot glasses melted the shakes in minutes. I even asked the staff if they had any cold glasses, they said no and couldn’t seem to care less. Bummed.
