Certainly not the experience we were expecting to receive as accustomed to other stores. The wife and I order two Banna Royales, from our opinions they were poorly made, her bowl contained very little ice cream. The young man that delivered them actually slid them to us, nor did he stay to verify this was our order or was it correct. Lastly, when we first arrived we needed the rest room facilities, they were absolutely filthy. We notified a worker of the condition of the restrooms, he said he’s on it. Our seats were next to the restrooms and for 35 minutes not one representative came to check or clean the restrooms. Totally disappointed and unacceptable.

I’ve never had a bad experience at Oberweis! It’s some of the best (and richest) ice cream around! It is certainly pricey, but the quality of the ice cream speaks for itself. They have a good assortment of flavors and the dairy store is also a nice touch. It gets crowded at times but it’s certainly worth the wait!

Well you can’t mess up ice cream, not impressed with the service. There were about 8 girls working, it seems they lack leadership or willingness to work,We had to wait over 20 min for two scoops of ice cream when it was barely busy and bathrooms were very dirty.

I had a large shake today at 2pm. It’s now 9pm and I still feel full and satisfied. Yet, I want another… and another… and another! There’s something about an Oberweis chocolate shake made with real ice cream that dominates all others in the World of Shakes. If there was a Battle of the Shakes, these would come out victorious. Even though I still don’t think I pronounce the name “Oberweis” correctly, I risk my friend’s taunts to go there over and over again. I really want to give this location 5 stars, but one night I saw the “open” sign lit up and pulled up into the Drive-thru to learn they were really closed. I them pulled up to the drive-thru window to let them know the open sign was still on, and I saw the employees hiding from me. It was kinda funny actually but also a bit strange. And not Dr. Strange superhero kind of strange. If you go to this location, while they are open, you will be pleased and satisfied, just like I am 7hours later.

I love this chain, this location!! I’ve been coming here off and on for nearly 10+ years and I love it as much as I did the very first time I stepped in the door!! For the uninitiated there is something special about the moment you step foot in the door of an Oberweis store! You smell the waffle cones and the various ice cream flavors, it is beyond intoxicating!! I have always enjoyed a few staple items like a Strawberry Malt or a Hot Fudge Sundae and as you sit down and enjoy it with your family the smells overwhelm you with the desire to take more home with you, which I always do!! The Blueberry Pie ice cream is awesome!!!! I recommend this place as highly as possible!!! I love Oberweis!!!!
