Made a reservation with the owner Jim who was very wise about taking care of our large group wanting to celebrate my Mom’s 93rd b’day. We set the reservation for 3:00, to beat the dinner rush. We got our orders placed with our waitress Tina (who was phenomenal) shortly after our arrival. Our food came in a timely manner & everything was spot on. The b’day girl enjoyed her prime rib, and they sent her home with a special treat 🙂 Can’t say enough about the great service, atmosphere, and friendless of the entire staff. Thank you for making our celebration with our Mom extra special

Went for the fish fry. If your first order comes out could then just order more as it will come out hot. We were told we got coleslaw with the meal but that was not the case. We sat at the bar and they have the coolest trays they attach to the bar to make it easy to eat there! Fun atmosphere! Great staff.

Food was amazing as always. Service was also great. My wife had the Eggs Benedict and it was delicious, generous portion, not to much hollidaise sauce and the hashbrowns were on point with both flavor and crispness. The bloody was also really good and easy to drink. I waited for lunch and had the Cubano. Best I’ve had, perfect blend of pork, bacon and mustard.
If you have been here then you already know, if you haven’t then I highly recommend stopping in.

Great spot for a Hockey Safety meeting – wings are great and have a generous portion. The building itself is a great neighborhood bar experience too with very good staff. Highly recommend.

We stopped in for a bite after exploring all day. The waitress was very awesome, very attentive food was delicious and came out super quick. Nice atmosphere, clean and everyone was friendly. Would recommend if in the area. I had the Ruben very tasty. Kids loved the spaghetti.

Updated 2022: staff and food are still fantastic! Signs on the door to prevent any people who are sick from entering which is a mn nice way to prevent illness that I appreciate. I tend to get the Reuben and tonight it was wonderful and I’m so full!
Original review: I love this “old faithful” on the east side. It has great food, great atmosphere and great staff! They are centered around community and I love that! Today was a pretty nice day to find a seat and relax. Will be back, as always!

Great neighborhood bar & grill. Been here many times over the years, but it has been a little bit. I almost always get one of the daily specials – they’re very good and present good value these day. Ordering off the regular menu can get pricey at times, but the food is good. Service is usually good, but on this visit it was pretty slow. Server seemed to have a large area to cover and took 1/2hr to take our order and a good while to bring our check when we were done. The table next to us arrived after we did and was able to leave before us. While the server was stretched, they seemed to favor the regulars over our group.

Been going here for years. Love the place but the waitress was very demanding that I sat in her section. I like to have Jen wait on me but this lady wasn’t having it and she said it was her turn. She was very bubbly and nice but it was very phony and uncomfortable. She almost seemed like a sales person. Ive never felt so uncomfortable. It was almost like she really needs money badly and she even told me to ask for her next time I go in! It Super uncomfortable and a very odd experience.
