Obanhmi in Langley is definitely a hidden gem and lives up to all the positive reviews! I had the beef sate combo with a pork spring roll and a milk tea with pearls. The pork spring roll was huge and delicious. The banhmi sandwich was such a delight. The crispy baguette really stood out and the flavors were well balanced and overall fantastic. I can’t wait to try the other sandwiches. The milk tea was okay, while the true stars were the sandwich and spring roll. It’s a small shop if you’re looking to eat there (4 tables and 10-12 chairs). Highly recommend Obanhmi!

Vegetarian Bahn mi was good. Ordered the large sugarcane juice. Taste was good. Honestly, they are just ripping you off by adding more than 50% ice in your drink. See the photo attached. You are literally paying 10 bucks for ice. Better not to order drinks there. Or the server should give an option for less ice.

Fresh and tasty banh mi with a perfect crunch, packed with flavourful toppings. Pairing it with a cold Ginger Ale made for a refreshing and satisfying lunch. Friendly vibe and a nice place to grab a quick bite — I’ll be back for sure!

The taste is so flavourful, esp the deluxe cold cut. I ordered combo banh mi comes with roll and cafe, it’s define worth a try. Highly recommend. One bonus point the owner is very kind and nice, she actually gave me free upgrade to the soup.

The banh mi is super yummy, flavourful and full of texture. However I noticed the banh mi is significantly smaller than they were before (shrinkflation I guess). The ham is cut into thin sticks (it was thinly sliced a few months ago) which makes it a little difficult to enjoy all the flavour of the sandwich itself, the ham and the pickles altogether in one bite. Please dont cut the ham and other cold cut into sticks

In a cute little one way the walking st of Langley there’s a hole in the wall gem of Vietnam the special right now is a teriyaki but it’s in house made and you can taste the difference there’s a good amount of meat in the sub a little light on the veggies there smoothies are proper done no ice chunks smoothly blended and some fruit chunks and there pork spring rolls are stunning and just the right amount of sause to dip each bite in to well worth the visit n lives up to its name and they took the time to write a nice note on the bag by hand

I frequently purchase Obanhmi for my staff and have ordered everything on the menu over a dozen times.
Chicken lemongrass is the most popular. Everyone who tries it loves it.
Pork lemongrass has a bit of smell compared to chicken.
Vietnamese Xiumai texture is a bit soggy. Once you get through the first bite, it is quite good.
Beef sate is smaller slice beef with seasoning. Personally, I love this flavor the most. It has a good bite and a great mixture of taste.
Vegan, I have only ordered it 6 times, and as stated, it is a vegan version sub.
Garlic pork I wish had a more spicy garlic, and then it would be perfect.
Deluxe is the second most popular flavor among my staff. It is luxury version of the classic.
Classic what can I say. The original is the most traditional taste. If you want to taste what started the sub revolution this is a must try.
They have online ordering and points system. Flavors are consistent among the locations.

We wanted to go for burger but then decided to get some sandwiches from this place.
The baguettes were fantastic. Great flavor and the bread itself was European level good.

Nice lil restaurant, clean and quaint. Slow service for a simple Banh Mi. Decent price, awesome french roll. Quality fresh ingredients. I miss the pate’ foie bottom layer?
Good selection of Banh Mi toppings.
Challenging parking.
Perfect for foot traffic.
