My favorite Mexican place in Huntington village. It’s a great quiet place to go while waiting to attend a concert across the street at The Paramount. Outstanding service! Today’s dinner was the Mexico City taco platter, three tacos that you choose, plus salad and rice and beans. I had coffee afterwards and they gave me the cutest complimentary churro. Tacos come with onions and a cilantro sauce – not loaded up with shredded lettuce which is bonus for me.

October 12,23: we came back as we have done many times and super bad hospitality they had a large reservation and left us waiting in the entrance despite they said they can sit us in separate tables. Particularly, there is one server that was in charge Thursday night that could not handle properly the situation. The food continues to be good as we visit many times but if you have regulars addressed at least with kindness
August 2022: Excelente!!! This place is super authentic and located in the most busy area of Huntington makes it even more enjoyable. I have come 3 times already. So far we have tried carne asada tacos, tamales, guacamole (best in town) churros and flan and we loved it seriously the tamales specially so good and uber authentic. We have also tried tostadas and shrimp tacos and they’re ok… they have frozen margaritas and wine, haven’t had them yet but obviously will be back.

The restaurant has a family-friendly environment. The foods are delicious. Not only that, but the portion size are neither too large or too small. The waiters are all friendly and helpful. The only issue is the seating. There are not many tables or seats in the restaurant. It is not too much of an issue as most of the meals are done in 15-20 minutes. However, I would recommend to plan accordingly.

First time here tonight and the food was AMAZING! authentic and tasty. I ordered the enchilada with avocado and it was phenomenal. They also give you complimentary salsa with chips, potato flautas as as app, and a custard dessert too! I thought that was so nice plus it tasted very good as well. I ordered tres leche cake to go so I can’t wait to get home and try it!

Excellent Mexican food. Service is fast and efficient. Really friendly. Great value. Usually do take out because we just don’t love the decor. Not a problem per se – but not relaxing really.

Interesting experience. The food and the attention were good, the menu is very varied but they overcharged us. We ordered a small guacamole, on the menu it said that it cost $9 and when we got the bill we were charged $14.25 ??? We paid almost $60 + tip for two regular dishes, a juice and the guacamole! Unbelievable. We counted and for what we ordered considering the prices we had to have paid around $45 not even at Besito (another Mexican restaurant) we would have paid so much and that place looks much better than this one. I’m very disappointed.

Fresh food and such amazing flavors. Wait staff was attentive and brought out some of their favorites to sample… even the freshly made hot sauce, great spice. It is worth making a detour or if you are in the area it is a must place to sit and enjoy a meal.

We have been here 2 times and had great fast service 2 times. The chips and salsa are great while you wait for your very fast food service. The arroz con pollo might be the best meal I ever had. They even gave us a dessert to share for free, can’t beat that. We will be back!

My girlfriend and I went here for a date. It truly is a little hole-in-the-wall place. The small dining room is at the back of the restaurant. We were seated immediately and given the customary complimentary chips and salsa. Our waiter came soon and asked us if we’d made up our minds or if we had any questions. He was very friendly, and was quite dressed up for a small restaurant like this. We ordered an appetizer of fried plantains, enchiladas, and chimichangas. Everything was delicious, cooked to perfection and full of flavor. The plating here was also spectacular, and the meals were really something to behold. We were stuffed by the end when our server asked if we would like dessert. We thanks him but declined. However, when he brought the check he brought with him a little dessert on the house! It was a delightful experience and I look forward to going back here!
