Nice and affordable Mexican restaurant tucked away in downtown SA. Very friendly employees and welcoming atmosphere.
It looks like the place just got a face-lift ! Freshly painted walls and clean look. My enchiladas were nice and cheesy, and the bean and rice tastier than most places. Definitely worth a visit if you’re hungry and looking for some budget friendly comfort food. Stop by!

Great little spot for some quick eats. The salsa they serve with the chips has the perfect amount of flavor, not to spicy. Staff is super friendly and attentive.

First time trying this restaurant and I was not disappointed. The huevos rancheros salsa was delicious, chunky and had the perfect amount of spice. My eggs were cooked over-medium like I asked. The refried beans were a little bland, but overall it was very good!

Love this place! The food is fresh, the service is very attentive and with a smile and the prices are super reasonable. Downtown locals are loyal to Oasis Cafe and now I know why. Support this small business!

We were in San Antonio for Thanksgiving vacation and on our way out we stopped to eat here. We were not disappointed. The food was great and the service even better. I definitely recommend it.

A hidden gem in downtown San Antonio serving no frills Mexican food. Came here for breakfast tacos and was not disappointed. The Carne Guisado is amazing. I could eat those everyday. The flour tortillas is much better than the corn. Both salsas are tasty and the orange one has more of a kick. Don’t let the look of the place turn you off…these are the best kind of place to get authentic food and at “not downtown” prices.

Couple of months ago food used to be great now I don’t know what’s going on they give you plates with no compartments and that’s that they charge you $0.50 for your togo plate and cup !!! By the time you walk back to your job food all mixed together previously I got a puffy taco plate and the beans taste like soap now with my order the rice taste like soap !!!! Not sure if they got new cook but this place isn’t what it use to be !!

Food was good portion is what you pay for and the staff are very polite. If your downtown living or visiting it’s a must. Get out of the tourist mode and venture to a little of San Antonio Tex-Mex home cooking. Enjoy!!!
