When I arrived. I asked the bartender if they had chicken wings immediately. She asked if I wanted to start a tab and I told her well. I’ll just pay when I get my food and she kind of insisted on me opening up a tab so I did and I ordered a Coke. Never knowing if I actually got an order of chicken wings are in or not. Chicken wings did come out. Not exactly what I was expecting. No ketchup for the fries. I had to go and ask for that. Had to go back to the waitress or bartender and asked for a refill on my soda. Just very poor service. Chicken was not good at all. I ate the fries and threw the chicken out at this fair was great. The karaoke was good. I only get up there once or twice a year. I live in Mississippi but I’ve always liked the oak tree even the one that was in spanaway and now the one that’s in the Lakewood area. Little better service would really be nice

One of the bartenders had an attitude as soon as we walked in. Didnt feel very welcomed instantly. I am a vaper ig you are supposed to go outside to do so. i hit my vape once cause i forgot not used to bars not being allowed to be smoked in. She was eyeballing me the whole time came up to me very rudely to kick me out for vaping once cause i did forget. Theres a thing called customer service and she wasnt polite at all i think she should be fired for the attitude she has. Came way too close to me. Worst bar experience ive ever had honestly and would not be going again!

The food is highly under rated. I had a great steak with fresh vegetables and a salad plus mash potatoes and gravy for $12. I couldn’t do that at home. Breakfasts will fill you up for the whole day. The cook takes great pride in his work. Hard to find a dive bar with better food at any price and this place is affordable.

The food is pretty good, but the server was not great. She forgot to bring water when asked and got another person’s food order wrong. 2X. Another person in our party had lettuce on their burger, which was a hard part of the core of lettuce. The Halloween margarita was awful. “See photos.” Also, be careful to check your chairs. When I left there and got home, I had chewing gum on the butt of my jeans! And on my car seat. The area we sat in was dark at first when we arrived by the karaoke area . I don’t chew gum. I called Oaktree, and the person answered apologized and said, “That’s disgusting.” Yes, it is!.

The food and service are actually excellent. It’s a really good pool bar yet. The owner won’t re-felt the table A lot of the Pool players they are talking about switching to a different bar that have better felted tables hopefully, the owner wakes up before he loses his pool players

Very bad service we sat on the table the lady on the counter ignored us completely it was not busy. Had to go and ask for service at the counter it felt we are a bother. We’ll never to step there again lets go where we are appreciated.

Really good pub food, good options with good service. Bar staff is knowledgeable and provides prompt service on drinks with a smile. Very much enjoy the karaoke, they have a great vibe in this place.

Didn’t really know what to expect when I walked in but I was impressed. Definitely an older crowd which put me at ease. They have karaoke here and a ton of people were participating. I had the black berry lemonade cocktail and the chicken wing meal. Both were great! Wings were very well seasoned(impressed) and the cocktail tasted great. This was my first drink in nine months and although, I had a shot of tequila that I chased with the cocktail. I didn’t even catch a buzz. Maybe my tolerance is still high or there’s not much alcohol in that cocktail.
Anyways, the vibes were great and there are some beautiful women who were in attendance. I’ll be going back for sure.

Came here for my first night out in my new neighborhood. One bartender/waitress for the whole place. Not packed there but busy. Sat forever before I even saw anyone behind the bar then waited while she served the people around me. The beer I got had some extra grit in it. They replaced it but there was something flat / warm about the line. Just a weird experience my first night checking out the neighborhood.
