The view and the food were amazing! Just a heads-up: they don’t seat you until everyone in your group arrives, so make sure everyone shows up on time.
The sliders were really good, the pasta was okay, and the steak was super tender. We sat outside — it wasn’t too noisy, and the view was a 10 out of 10. The service was fine and our server didn’t spend much time with us, but it’s not a fine dining place, so that’s okay.
Definitely recommend checking it out!

This place did not disappoint!!!! From the food & drinks, to the ocean views & live music, I really can’t wait to go back. We went here for my father’s birthday and had the absolute best time here. Had a few of their signature drinks and enjoyed watching the sunset by the dock. The service was also great! The place was packed but they found time to get you as soon as they could!

Came with some friends. It was good! Loved the staff, It was a good time. And the place is beautiful. I had the crab cake and the cilantro risotto. I will say I wish there was more than one crab cake for what I was paying and the risotto was missing a little something.

Can’t beat the location if you like the beach – Reasonable prices with decent food but great atmosphere surrounded by water and beach. Had the lobster roll which was reasonably priced relative to the area but a fairly small portion. Calamari was not very good. My kid loved the burger and we liked the fries too. Service was friendly but they seemed busy. Go for the atmosphere and have reasonable food expectations.

Love Becky and the team at Oakland’s. Live music 6 nights a week is unbeatable. Must go for the gorgeous sunset vibes at the outdoor bar.
Summer isn’t complete for me until I get my clams and fried calamari! The food is fresh, the drinks are cold and it’s the perfect outdoor spot to enjoy the weather. It was such a great experience I returned the next night for round 2! Highly recommend.

Really beautiful place to visit. The staff was very nice and the location is second to none visually.
Sitting at the bar looking out at the dunes and water is really a nice experience. The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars is because of course, its in the Hamptons in the summer so its a bit of a tourist trap. The lobster roll for $43 dollars was very tasty but a bit on the cheap (not enough lobster) side, $21 dollar specialty cocktails (which were delicious.) But once again it’s the Hamptons so its to be expected.
Would highly recommend for a days outing with a significant other to enjoy together and walk the beach afterwards.

Food was delicious ! Service was good ! Great to sit outside with the great view of the ocean. The flash fried calamari was very fresh and tender. The Crab Cake is a must get ! It’s enough for 2 people. The clam chowder was good and very fresh. Last but not least the local sea scallops were beyond fresh and tender melts like butter. Would def recommend going for some good fresh seafood and an amazing outdoor seating view of the ocean.

Now, onto the food! I had the Halibut Bok Choy special, and while I initially expected a bit of a spicy kick, I was pleasantly surprised by its subtlety. The dish was innovative, balancing flavors beautifully without overpowering the delicate halibut. It was a delightful surprise–truly a culinary masterpiece.
And let’s not forget the kale and beet salad! This dish was a symphony of textures and flavors, with the earthy sweetness of the beets perfectly complementing the crisp kale. It’s not often you find a salad that can stand out, but this one absolutely does.
To top it all off, Tom and his team offered samples of Grand Marnier, which added a luxurious touch to the meal. It was the perfect way to end the evening, leaving us feeling utterly spoiled and eager to return.

My mom and her husband had their wedding celebration at Oaklands and it was nothing short of perfect. Christine and John listened to every request intricately and made the magic happen. The staff who waited on us were kind, patient, and added a special touch to the amazing day. Forever will recommend Oaklands as a place for good food, good service, and great vibes!
