The food and services were excellent! We can feel the warmth from the owner as soon as we walked in. She’s very friendly and well- knowledged with the menu. I ordered the spiced oil shrimp wonton, you can taste the authenticity and freshness, size of wontons were big and filling, the sauce was very good. Beef noodle soup was also very good, spicy level 3/mild is good, not too spicy, beef and noodle were fresh and portion was generous. The popcorn chicken was juicy and tender, I felt like in Taiwan after the first bite.

Taste and smells of Taiwan Food. This is a boutique shop for Taiwanese street food. There is not a lot of staff, but the wait is worth it. Lots of favorites available. Call ahead if you have a party larger than 4. Keep tabs on what is available by calling or following their social media.

We are new to the area and stopped by for lunch just to check it out – wonderful place in every way! The owner is so friendly, she recommended the pork with noodles and the crispy chicken with green beans – we would get it again! It’s obvious she takes pride in the food – presentation was lovely and flavors blended just right. Bubble tea was not too sweet, loved it. Nice music, natural light, plenty of seating. We’ll be back!

So, my wife and I have gotten food from here about four times now, and it has quickly become my favorite restaurant. Firstly, it has an incredibly welcoming and tranquil atmosphere; the woman who I assume runs the place has an infectious kindness toward her patrons and provides excellent customer service. The inside of the restaurant is very clean and charming too.
The food, which is naturally the main attraction, is superb. It is all made from scratch and feels wholly authentic to Taiwan, at least in my limited experience with Taiwanese cuisine. Everything looks great and tastes delicious, and the bao are the best I’ve eaten. It’s all well worth the price, too, which is standard for this kind of higher-quality Asian cuisine. We will definitely be back many times over.
