I would like to provide a review regarding my recent experience. I encountered an unexpected emergency while on my way to Oakdale Inn, and I received a phone call informing me of a family member’s passing, approximately 11 miles from the motel. I spoke with Emma about the situation and explained my circumstances. She advised me to contact Priceline, the third-party booking platform I used, which I did immediately after our conversation.
When I contacted Priceline, I was informed that there was a misunderstanding: I was told that at the time I spoke with Emma, I requested to change a reservation date. However, this was not the case. I subsequently called the motel to clarify the matter. During this call, the staff member on duty was unprofessional and dismissive, stating she did not have time to argue and refusing to allow me to explain my situation. She also disconnected the call abruptly. I attempted to return the call, but she either hung up or did not answer on multiple occasions.
Throughout this experience, I felt there was a lack of empathy and compassion. I informed Priceline, and they advised me that a supervisor would need to be contacted. Given that the staff member I spoke with was not the supervisor or decision-maker, I am concerned about the manner in which I was treated.

Coming back from AZ after living there for two years and having absolutely terrible wings stopped here for my first wings in PA and was not disappoint! Wild fire sauce is delicious and the wings are cooked to perfection!

We had not been in for a while so we stopped in for an early Tuesday dinner. We have always loved the food. It was early so not many customers. We sat down and waited 20 minutes with NO Service at all. Finally we just got up and left. Staff saw us come in, saw us waiting and watched us leave!

Always a good time. Crowd is enjoyable and bar tenders are always on top their game. Heard the food is great but have never been here during meal times to know for sure. Definately a great stop when in town though

The food was really good for what it was and the food was really fresh even though it was a Pittsburgh bar and restaurant so it was very surprising. The surviece was fine nothing really went worng except that my sister ordered spaghetti and meatballs and it was not heated up at all so we told them and then they brought it back heated. Overall, this was a really good restaurant and I recommend it to you all.

Extremely rude bartender (female don’t know her name) I live two blocks from the Inn and out of convenience visited on multiple occasions only to be greeted by her nasty attitude. Their food is mediocre at BEST and the wings are down right disgusting. I love a small town dive bar/pub atmosphere but this establishment does not embody that. Please DO NOT waste your time especially your hard earned money here. I’d honestly prefer not to even rate them a one star.
