Oh my goodness, Oak Park bakery never disappoints. Their bakers are the best. I won’t get a cake from anywhere else. They are an old-fashioned bakery that does things so well. We ordered a cake for a special occasion, and they were also conscientious about advising me not to get as large a cake as I had planned and they were right. And the final result was beautiful and absolutely delicious!

A little taste of childhood! If you’ve been missing real “bakery”, you must try. Best Bismarck I think I’ve ever had. Round kolachke dough so good! And potato bread brought me back to when my grandma baked it. It was a commute for us but we were heading that way anyway. We will return for sure!!

A great old time bakery. Custard eclairs pure happiness!!!. Coffee cakes are incredible!!! Moist, bursting with Flav. Same for their sweet rolls. Best Jelly Bismack I have run across. Why waste your time and money on mass produced dunkin donuts??? Support local and head to O.P Bakery!!!!!

All I know of the Oak Park Bakery is what this amazing “little” piece of cake told me. A friend showed up with this slice of pure delight and it knocked my socks off. Crisp outer layers with a decadent filling overflowing and oozing out the sides as you cut into it. It was so rich I couldn’t eat more than half in one sitting. I hope I can’t find them on the map, or I’ll end up weighing 7000 lbs.
