Hands down the best place on the Island to eat and drink!! Specials everyday. Today, $1 wings, $10.95 for (2) clusters of crab legs. Fresh. Bacon wrapped scallops. $2 domestic beers. The bartender was on point! Explained everything to us. Super nice. Never had to wait. If you’re on the island come check this place out. I highly recommend it!!! We got all specials today. Under $60!! See pics. Entire bill under $60! W/(3) beers!

Atmosphere was great. The music was perfect. The wings were delicious. Hardly any bacon on my BLT (with extra bacon) mushrooms were cold. Fries under done. Decided to try this place for dinner tonight because the locals had it packed for lunch. Our Server was an extremely friendly woman.

We are in walking distance, so we thought we’d give it a try. We’ve since been back three more times and now think of this as our “local”.
The staff have been very friendly, attentive and helpful. I was sort of expecting the food to be pretty basic, but it turned out to be amazing. They need to pay more to the cook(s). For example, they had a soft-shell crab special, and it was soooo good. We both love when things are lightly fried and not greasy. Every fried item we’ve had has been done right!
On another day, I ordered a pork chop with okra. I’ve had slimy okra before, but this was done perfectly. And for a relatively thin chop, it was both tender and juicy – which is tough to do. We’ve never had to wait long for our food, but we do try to avoid the busiest times.
You may think this is strange, but I get a good feeling if the restroom is not a dirty, smelly mess. The restroom here is clean, fresh smelling has automatic soap and towel dispensers, and decor on the walls. If they keep this area nice, I bet the rest of the place is well maintained.
In conclusion, you may think it’s a “dive bar” based on the decor, etc., but I strongly recommend you try the food (my wife likes the martinis too). Even though it’s a little warm we like sitting in the bright, open bar to the left as you go in the front door. The customers too have been friendly and good natured, adding to our desire to keep going back.
