I’m giving it 4 stars because it’s a new restaurant and hopefully will work better on improvements as the months go by but would probably give less of it were an established restaurant.
Super thrilled there’s a health conscious, kosher restaurant in Boca that has plenty of vegan options! So for that alone it deserves its stars 🙂
Areas to work on:
-Portions are really small, especially for the prices they’re asking.
-We ordered a berry bowl—were told they were out (we came just when they had opened) then we ordered a smoothie and were told that the blender doesn’t work. Hopefully these issues will be addressed as the restaurant establishes itself
-Food tasted a bit bland, could use more spices.

Quick service. Food was fresh and filling. I had the Aloha bowl, great flavor & good sized portion. Also had the Berry smoothie, refreshing and tasty. Great addition to Boca’s kosher dining options. Will definitely be back.

Although we ordered “hot” bowls, food was cold when we received it. Most offensive was that when we asked for water, we were told they don’t provide it, we would have to purchase bottled water. Unconscionable for a sit down restaurant, especially one where food can be spicy, to force patrons to purchase water. It would not be much of an investment to have a water cooler and cups available. Customer service was awful. After eating, we brought our trays to the counter, and instead of “thank you” or “hope you enjoyed your meal” we were told “garbage is on the other side. Bring it there”.

Was in the area and saw Bowl’d decided to try it out, my Mexican bowl was delish. My daughter wanted the hot dog and loved the sweet potato fries! Would definitely return when in the neighborhood.

The steak sandwich aka The Don was very good, but it is slightly peculiar that an establishment called Bowl’d has better sandwiches than it does bowls! If you want extra sauce it might cost you. They have cholent on Thursday nights.
