Went after class right when they opened and everything was superb! Customer service was excellent and the food was great. Me and my boyfriend got the Texas Trinity Meat Plate and it was enough to get us both full, the highlight of the meal was definitely the rib. It was tender, savory, and rich of flavor. It had a sweet glaze/flavor that I loved which I haven’t tasted before. I wasn’t quite full so I also decided to get a side of Mac n cheese which was the only complaint of the day. In my opinion, it didn’t have enough cheese for me but I love cheesy Mac n cheese. Besides my preference, I definitely recommend everyone to give this new bbq place a shot! Also no shade but their corn was super good, better than Rodeo’s, (I love corn)

Probably some of the best smoked turkey I have ever had. Brisket was also delicious! Beans were excellent.
I wish the Mac n cheese was smoked too with more cheese/creaminess – they were the only just ‘meh’ on the plate.
But everything was definitely worth the time and money!

Incredible BBQ! The brisket was tender and perfectly seasoned. The Voodoo sausage was great! I was really impressed with the sides as well – my favorite so far is the caesar slaw.

We tried Oak and Smoke today for the first time after hearing good things and were served seriously good bbq and friendly customer service. I got their sliced turkey, beans and street corn. All were on par with the Texas Monthly Top 50 establishments I’ve been to over the years. The bbq sauce was sweet and tangy which was delicious. Everything we got looked and tasted like they prioritize high quality fresh ingredients and I’m not blowing smoke. Even in to-go boxes, they know how to plate food where it makes you raise your eyebrows when you see it for the first time. It makes it hard to decide what will be your first (and last…) bite. We met the owner, Adam, while we ate and couldn’t be more impressed. I wish he and his wife great success and if they keep doing what they’re smoking, maybe even an eventual Top 50 award. They sold out of everything while we were eating around 12:30 so I recommend an early lunch if you don’t want to miss out. Usually when a place sells out during prime, you know it’s good. Adam and Angela even surprised us with a sample sausage link and three banana puddings as they were closing up. Needless to say, we will be back. We are rooting for you guys! Thank you!

Beware, if you intend on eating lunch at this establishment around lunch time you will be disappointed. Sold out of everything but turkey and pulled pork at lunch. I can understand a great BBQ establishment being sold out of staple meats (ie. brisket, ribs, sausage) around 1:30 – 2:00pm, but not around lunch time. If you are able to be the few who can try this place out before lunch, im sure the food is good. I can only give an honest review based on my experience or lack there of.

Ribs were exceptional. Got the Texas street corn and had I enough time I would eat a gallon. Wish there was more seating in front of his trailer….. I was seated but felt bad seeing other eat in their cars.
