Very expensive place I’ll say off the bat. A 20 oz Ribeye is $95 and that’s bone in. The waitress said it was dry aged but I eat regularly at the capital grill and Ruth Chris and that’s $20 more for a smaller steak. The sides were around the same price but we just ordered the Ribeye medium rare (regular USDA the waitress said not dry aged) meal on the menu. We got Lamb Sliders for a starter. The waitress praised a chef called Kyle and said everything he does is fabulous. It took a good while for the starter to come out and they had a bread bowl like the capital grill but not as good. The sliders came out and were served on a board that had black mold on it from needing re-oiled fortunately our sliders were on the best side. They tasted fine nothing to write home about. We waited on our steaks they came and mine was fine maybe 3/4″ thick and cooked medium at best my son’s was about 1/2″ thick and was Well done a little to no pink. The potatoes were slightly burned. All in all I’d give Kyle 4 out of 10 for his steak. We then got the cheesecake which was very good generous slice but had no base which was fine by me because it was good the way it was.

Seen this place on Instagram and decided to visit. I read reviews and seen ppl talk about high prices but amazing food. In my eyes, when you go to a place like this, you are going for the experience and not the bargain. The price and experience matched, so in other words, you get what you pay for.

Our server was Nico and he was not only friendly and informative but very attentive. He explained everything from the menu to receipt and I appreciated it all because we had never been there and at the end of visit, there is an automatic 16% gratuity added to your bill. I didn’t mind the automatic gratuity but it was nice to have him explain it when handing the bill over. I added an extra $20 because the entire experience was worth it to me.

We started with braised lamb empanads, my husband had sage and bacon wrapped tenderloin with asparagus and I had a 6oz filet mignon with a sweet potato. Our desserts were goat cheese cheesecake and tiramisu which were other worldly!

My last bit of advice: if you want a nice dining experience in PSL or Stuart, this place is it. All of our food was perfect and the atmosphere was top notch! I also used the online reservation option and everything was super easy to navigate and use. Seems like they could get busy so you may want to use the reservation option if you go!

Oak and Ember are one of the best restaurants I know in the area. Though it has mid price range, the food is always on its game and tastes like no other. The inside is nice and cool, but not too cold. The waiters and waitresses are always such a pleasure chatting with and they’re always wicked attentive of refills and checking in. If you’re looking for 5 star food that is Michelin star quality, this is the place! Outside is such a peaceful and scenic area to eat as well.

Also my personal favorite place with the best chicken tenders!!

We went here for our 22nd wedding anniversary and didn’t realize it was a Kyle G restaurant. Unfortunately, like our past experiences with this restaurant group, we left disappointed again. The best part of the evening was the staff. The hostess was very thoughtful. She left a sweet anniversary card with heart shaped confetti on our table. Our server, Jasmine, was wonderful. She was attentive, friendly, and really tried to make the best of the situation.
We ordered the prix fixe menu. The lobster bisque didn’t sit well with either of us later that night, and while it tasted okay, it wasn’t anything special. I had to send my main dish back because it wasn’t cooked properly, and even when it returned, it still wasn’t right. The flavor combinations were odd, and overall, nothing really stood out. The prices are way too high for the quality of food, and the S’mores dessert was a total miss. It was extremely hard and overly sweet. Sadly, this experience confirmed that we won’t be returning.

We had the most amazing anniversary dinner at Oak & Ember this past weekend. They go above and beyond to give you a truly unique experience. The anniversary confetti, the card, and our server Anthony remembered that we don’t drink and brought us non-alcoholic champagne for a toast at the end of our meal. Not to mention the food was delicious too, it was so good we didn’t take a picture just enjoyed every bite. We highly recommend this place and will be back soon.

This was my first visit to this location, although I have been to the one in Stuart. The food is superb. Both my fried lobster appetizer and my filet mignon were cooked perfectly. The only issue during my visit is that it took over 40 minutes for a medium rare filet to come out. It was the kitchen’s fault, not my server’s. The restaurant is conveniently located less than a mile off the turnpike which provides a nice fine-dining experience to break up a long drive.

We went to Oak & Embers last Saturday for my birthday. Our server was outstanding, the food was excellent. The issue was in the flowers my husband paid SO much money for. He wanted to make the evening extra special, so he paid an additional $85 to have flowers at the table. They asked him all these questions, such as what primary color he wanted in the bouquet. What he got was a PUBLIX bouquet that cost $24 it was literally like they ran to publix last second and picked up a bouquet. It was extremely disappointing. Not a bad place to have your birthday dinner, just do not pay extra for the sad flowers

My boyfriend and I came here for a date night while visiting from out of town and this restaurant did not disappoint. From the moment we entered, we were greeted kindly by the hosts and seated promptly. Our server, Sylvia was also amazing and had us laughing all night. She explained the menu perfectly and tended to our needs exceptionally. The food was exquisite. We had the arepas appetizer and for the main courses the Chilean sea bass and steak. They were perfectly cooked and seasoned. Would gladly come here again !

My wife and I have been to a couple of Kyle G’s restaurants, and they have been just okay. We decided to give The Oak and Ember (PSL location) a try last night. We were not disappointed. Our server, Allura, gave us a wonderful experience. Table 30 is the best spot in the house, and everything was amazing. I went with the Tomahawk surf and turf with asparagus. My wife had the wagyu with shaved Brussels sprouts and mashed potatoes as sides. I am looking forward to our next visit. Thanks again, Allura, for the great dinner experience.
