Been here twice before. Waiting staff was never very guest oriented or friendly. Today we were told there were no tables available. Which I can understand. It’s just the way we were told, by a young dark haired girl. Thank god for the fish and chips shop around the corner with truly great customer service.

Lovely place but staff should be pro-customer oriented. We came today, 14:20. The waiter said only a limited menu because we arrived late, and the kitchen is closed. Ok, what do you have – shrimps and snails. Fine. But 30 minutes after we ordered they brought complete dishes to the next table. When we wanted dessert, they offered us pancakes, ice cream and some apple tart. Ten minutes after this offer, the near table – cafe gourmand was possible to order (mine was refused twice). After complaints, the waitress said, the other table came before 2 o’clock so they can have everything even the order came later. We wanted to go here again, but with this attitude of staff, we don’t want you to profit from us. Sorry, have a better service in such lovely place. 🙁

Goury feels like the end of the earth, and we didn’t know what we would find in the town. We certainly weren’t expecting a restaurant like this. It has a really friendly atmosphere, and serves absolutely delicious seafood. Some of the best we had in Normandy. The deserts looked great too.

Food fresh and tasty. Large portions. Just a drawback about my mirabelle tort that was served too frozen. Price with entrée, main course and 2 glass wine approximately 70e which is rather expensive for the countryside.
