Tonight we ordered thru door dash after putting our three two year olds down. Went for a little stay at home date night to my favorite restaurant.
I’m so disappointed and I know I ordered right before yall closed but still isn’t acceptable sending out the food yall did tonight.
No butter for any of the potatoes, only 2 rolls, no sour cream for 2 of the potatoes. The chicken is old and there is like 2 fresher peices but the rest is old and I’ll post the pics so you can see. I don’t like to complain but we spent almost $50 on just two chicken tender dinners. I know it costs more thru door dash, but we live pretty close to the store and even our taters wasn’t good 🙁

The food was completely disgusting. I did leave a message for store. I dont want my money back I dont want anything from this restaurant it was that bad. Did a take out order today. Chicken was burnt and too chewy to eat. Ribs were same even after adding sweet baby rays to try and make it better. Mashed potatoes were actually grey and gross. The only thing half decent was the strawberry cheesecake. Wasted $139.94. Never again will my family eat here. At first I was super P****sed off. Now i am just mad at myself for not going to store and cooking our own dinner. Had to order Papa Murphy’s pizza. Save your money and buy food to cook at home no matter how tired you are.

I just got home and my steak that was supposed to be well done was pink, no sauce for my chicken tenders, no utensils. Horrbile…. I had to come home and cook it. If I wanted to cook then I wouldn’t have ordered out. It clearly says well done!!!

With this being our first family outing dinner since the covid-19 started, honestly, I figured the service, food, employees, all around experience, would be great. Unfortunately, it has put a terrible taste in my mouth for ocharleys in general. After waiting to be seated for 25 minutes ( understandable) we waited around 15 more minutes just to be greeted by our waiter. The rolls we received were hard and barely even edible. Finally received the drinks we ordered, appetizer and kids meals were placed. Our refills had to be requested after a lengthy wait period. My daughter’s pizza had barely any cheese and had to be taken back. Charged for free kids meals, charged for add on fry that cave with the kids meal ordered. Still no word from our waiter. After finally placing me and my fiance’s meals, they had forgotten our salads, forgotten about my soup, (which once I finally reminded them after already being handed our boxes to go) they informed me they were out of potato soup and asked if I’d trashed the tortilla chicken soup ( the soup I originally wanted to begin with) The infamous steak and chicken was a disappointment. Chicken was undercooked and could tell it sat for a long period of time. It went untouched. $17 dollar meal wasted. Just overall bad experience in general. They exclaimed they were “understaffed” yet only three tables were occupied. And most employees staffed were sitting or standing around. I will not be returning.

Had a nice time at this location O’Charley’s on Dixie highway me and my family went there on pond we lost our love from last year and today was a birthday so auntie wanted all the family to get together after the balloon release and meet up at this fine institution I enjoy my meal on man I didn’t get to take a picture..

The bar tender was helpful and my order was ready when I arrived. Food was still warm and fresh. They are generous with extra sauce as well, which is always a plus!!

Surprised to find the place not too busy at 6pm, but it WAS a Tuesday. Server was pleasant, though not very sharp. Missed an opportunity to increase the overall tab, but never followed up on possible alcohol purchase. The artichoke dip appetizer was ok – nothing to write home about. Chips were almost stale.
We both got filets. Prepared perfectly (medium). Supposed to be drizzled in garlic butter, but neither of us tasted any garlic! Broccoli was tender. Disappointed to find the mashed sweet potatoes covered in sugar. Didn’t think we needed to ask about that with mashed! Denise’s collard greens were blah – she said they tasted canned. Probably were.
Place is quite loud. If you’re looking for a quiet conversation over dinner, this is not the place!
Overall, did we enjoy the meal? Yes.
Would we go again? Well, if we had a gift card, yes! 😉

This place is honestly ridiculous. There are 3 tables here , 5 servers . We’ve waited over an hour for our food which was only chicken tenders. Our server said that the managers were in the back cooking, that’s why it was taking so long . Unfortunately when our salads came we had ordered a Togo order of tenders . And after we were done eating and everything it had been like 40 minutes . When we asked for the manager we seen that they were actually BOTH sitting at different tables next to us talking to I assume friends the way they were hanging out . The first manager came to us and explained they are really busy . Remind u 2 tables and they came in AFTER US. We told her we seen her sitting there talking the entire time so that was a lie.n said she was sorry . I said okay so you’re sorry. Then she turned to the other manager sitting with the table she was at and said I’m not doing this you deal with them . She then came over and at this point my mom is livid , so now my mom explains this is why you all do not have business and that it’s ridiculous and we wouldn’t be back…. she then offered us coupons for our troubles to come back. .we explain again we will not be back . Then the other manager finally came out with our food . Smh TERRIBLE . Picture of manager #2 . I wish I would have got a pic of the first manager at a table full of ladies like they was having a party .
