We really enjoy NYPD pizza. They have really good ranch dressing. For me the ranch test is always a good assessment of the overall food quality. The pizza is great, and the wickles pickles pizza is on a whole other level! The salad is always fresh, and drowned in their ranch is Chefs Kiss! The staff is always very friendly and attentive. Would recommend.

After a few bland pizza experiences at NYPD, I decided to try it again and pickup a calzone. I placed the order online but was charged more in the store for some reason. “Ok, whatever, it’s a couple dollars I say”. I then asked the main cashier guy for some plastic ware, and he said he only had a fork. I asked if I could use the silverware if I eat it here. I thought this was a pizza place. Boy did that get awkward… he told me I could use the silverware but I can’t bring water inside. (I had my water bottle with my that I happen to carry everywhere.) Now, I’m from NY…In what world can I not bring a water bottle into a pizza place? So I asked why, and he said it’s just policy but I’m welcome to sit outside in the heat, and borrow his silverware to eat the food which I ordered from them. It got real awkward. I said “are you sure? That’s weird.” He says “yup it’s weird” Even New Yorkers are nicer than this person. This is not how you treat a customer. Especially when you don’t know who they are. They might run a local Facebook page where you can leave reviews.
Def the last time I’ll be eating here. Oh, and sadly the calzone was as subpar as the pizza.

I had an awesome experience at this pizza place! The food is always fresh, the crust is the perfect mix of crispy and chewy, and the toppings taste top-quality. Whether you’re grabbing a quick bite or ordering in for a cozy night at home, they never disappoint.
And I have to call out the delivery—PJ is hands-down the best driver. Always on time, super friendly, and my order arrives hot every single time. Great service all around!

This pizzeria is amazing! Every year for the past 3 years my company hosts a contractors training in Winter Garden and NYPD Pizza rents out their back room for us, accommodating about 30+ people with ease! Working with Priscilla has always been a great experience and everyone always raves about how delicious their pizza is! Thank you NYPD Pizza for your endless hospitality!!

You can get cheaper pizza anywhere else. But if you want a consistently “very good” pizza, then NYPD Pizza is a top choice. I can’t speak for all locations every day. But over the years, I have frequented locations that are now closed – and the pizza was always really good. I love that you can order a personal ten inch pie. I love that the pies with meat are not greasy. I love that they don’t overdo the cheese; and the cheese is not greasy. If you love pizza enough to pass on the convenient places, and you prefer thin crust, NY style pizza, then you should try NYPD Pizza in Winter Garden. Also, great location to dine in.

We have been going here for quite a few years for both dine in and delivery. Lately though we have noticed a decline in the food quality and tonight was the worst. We ordered the baked ziti. We asked for it without ricotta and one of the staff members called us to make sure that’s what we wanted, which I thought was very good. When I told him that’s what we’d like he told me their ziti is premade and already has the cheese. Now, why would you tell a customer your food is premade? Anyway, he did offer to make one from scratch but said the flavor wouldn’t be the same. I don’t want to make a big deal so I told him we’d take it the way it came. Premade. Delivery was timely. The salad was nice and fresh looking. But, isn’t baked ziti supposed to be baked?! I’m an Italian from NY. I know my pizza & pasta. It was the most unpresentable dish. The pasta was overcooked and mushy, the sauce (and some may like this, but we did not) had a spicy, peppery taste, there was a bit of mozzarella on top. Melted. It was literally like they stuck it in a microwave to defrost. Thinking that’s exactly what they did! Baked ziti is a heavy dish, lots of pasta, lots of cheese and a full topping of browned, mozzarella cheese! Just awful. It came with two garlic knots (and again, I’m sure people like this) but, they were loaded with so much garlic and sitting in buttery oil.
Really has gone downhill lately. We won’t be ordering or coming here anymore.

I Know Places
Delicious and fresh New York style pizza. We absolutely love the garlic knots! The food is always great, the staff however seems to change a lot. We e had great servers and not so great servers. We love the Tuesday night special of buy one pizza get one free! They have great deserts too.
