Sooooo Oliver was great. Experience was odd. 1 extra roll per person and there was a CHARGE. I asked for light cheese on top off eggplant rollatini and must have had a pound melted on top , ran out of table butter but “we” had to suggest they give us some from the line, as soon as dinner was served we were asked if we needed boxes to take home and then was asked what size. At end of a delicious meal we asked for a bag and were advised they ran out and had to get from Chinese restaurant next door. Oliver was great experience was weird

I am extremely disappointed with the order I received. I ordered a piece of grilled chicken, but instead, I got five tiny, overcooked scraps that were not fit for an animal. As for the six rolls — they weren’t even cooked, they were doughy!
This is completely unacceptable. you take my hard earned money and give me crap
I ordered from you all the time- so disappointed!

I’m from Chicago & lived in NYC, so I know what the best pizza taste like. NYPD2 is by far the best pizza I have ever had. Even reheating it tastes phenomenal.
The only reason I gave “Service” 3 stars is bc they use DoorDash. I typically pick it up but there are times we can’t. Multiple times with DoorDash I don’t get my pizza, wings & garlic bread for almost 2 hours. I wish they’d hire their own drivers to protect their product.
The food is 15/10. It’s amazing.

The dinner was delicious and big portions. The server was Vlora that she was great with the service, big smile and very kind. She makes the place very welcoming! Nice atmosphere to enjoy the food with our families and friends. Love their pizza!

UPDATE: I called about an hour after the original incident. I was able to speak to a manager. He explained that the restaurant was extremely busy when I called before. I was offered another pizza at any time I wanted.

I ordered my pizza later that week. It was up to its usual standard and had the appropriate amount of extra cheese and bacon. It was delicious.

A couple of days later I ordered a sub and lasagna with their meatballs appetizer. The food was wonderful. The service again bothered me. I left, got to my car, and discovered I was given a salad. I hadn’t been asked if I wanted soup or salad. (My recollection is that I’ve been asked in the past.) I went back in, explained things, and the girl argued back that it was my job to tell them. I was baffled and about to leave when another worker said my name and then I was being asked what soup I wanted. Then my name was announced again as it was being given to me. Then it dawned on me how much my name had been “loudly” used when I picked up the order. Weird. Read into that what you want. I will too.

ORIGINAL: I am extremely disappointed in this business. I have been a loyal customer of NYPD II for over five years. Tonight I ordered an extra large pizza with EXTRA CHEESE and bacon. Either they had a new pizza maker or they changed the quality of not only the pizza but how they make their pizza.

First, if they made the pizza with extra cheese then they definitely changed how much they put on their pizza. There was very little cheese on my pizza.

Second, their customer service was poor. I called and was told I couldn’t talk to a manager for an hour. AN HOUR! I was told that I could get credit for extra cheese ($4)-WHOOPEE! She said she could send out another pizza-in 40 minutes. That was until I told her my daughter had eaten some. Then she covered the mouthpiece to talk to someone-the MANAGER. SO she could talk to the manager but I couldn’t?!?! Wrong-VERY wrong! When I was told AGAIN I couldn’t talk to the manager-yet she could-I hung up.

Third and Finally, I ended up eating some of the pizza. It was NOT up to the standard that NYPD II has been in the past. The pizza tasted like shoe leather. The lack of extra cheese made it overly chewy and the absence of bacon was very noticeable. I wasted my money. Simply look at the photos and you’ll see what I’m talking about.

They’ve lost a customer. NOT because the pizza was nearly inedible, but because of their “customer service,” or lack thereof. To put me off when I ask for a manager is inexcusable. Especially when the help can speak to the manager. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND going elsewhere.

We ordered in a few nights ago. We got a large cheese pizza, a large pepperoni pizza, and a large Grandma’s Pie. However, they ran out of Grandma’s dough before 5:30pm on a Friday night so we had to settle for Sicilian. (Honestly, I don’t know the difference between Grandma’s and Sicilian but found it weird that they ran out of dough this early on a Friday.

The pizza was just average. Not a place I would recommend but it got the job done for a quick meal. Way better pizza around the Lake Worth area. 3 Stars

So many copycats in the area but NYPD 2 takes the cake for best spot. I love this place. The food, the pizza makers and the owner all top notch. I’m from Coral Springs and if anyone knows Coral Springs is king for pizza time. This pizza is better. Also for everyone out there. Old school call ins and pickups are the way to go for best experience. DoorDash is limited.

If you want thin crispy NY pizza this is not it. Pizza came and cheese was a slid off the pie. Not the makers fault it was the driver. But the pizza itself seemed undercooked and doughy, the sauce was bland and the cheese slid across all the grease. If Dave Portoy ever reviewed this place he’d probably give a 2.8. Being from New Haven and going into NY often enough I can honestly say this doesn’t resemble any decent pizza from either place.

I stopped at Jog and Lantana for a slice. I laughed when I picked it up. It was limp. Sadly, the quality has taken a downward shift recently. The edge on the to-go pies has gotten wider as the cheese and sauce area has gotten smaller. I’ve been ordering from NYPD2 since I moved to the area over 20 years ago. Sad to see the decline in quality.

Amazing pizza always, they are consistently amazing. It is always fresh and prepared perfect, cooked great. Biggest perk, they have their own delivery drivers so you know the order is safe and comes when it is supposed to. The delivery guys are great, the staff at the restaurant is amazing. Thanks NYPD II!!
