Reviews
Dear NYC Tikka Masala Team,
I recently visited your Flushing location and had an absolutely outstanding experience that I wanted to share.
From the moment I walked in, the ambiance was wonderful—warm, modern, and inviting, creating a comfortable and relaxing setting for dinner. The service was equally impressive; the staff was attentive, friendly, and very helpful with recommendations.
But the star of the show was the food. Every dish I ordered was truly delicious and, most importantly, tasted incredibly authentic. The spices were perfectly balanced, the flavors were rich and deep, and the quality of the ingredients shone through. It’s clear that real care and tradition go into every preparation here.
If you are looking for top-notch Indian cuisine with authentic taste, great service, and a lovely setting in Queens, this is the place to go. I can’t wait to come back! Thank you for a fantastic meal.
I ended up standing there for about 20 minutes with no one at the counter and no staff visible in the restaurant. The phone was ringing nonstop, and Uber Eats orders kept coming in, but no one came out to greet or help customers. I rang the bell multiple times and called out “hello,” but still no response.
Eventually, I had to walk into the kitchen myself to ask if someone was available to take orders. The chef simply told me, “Not yet.” It was extremely frustrating. If the restaurant is not ready to serve customers, they should not have the door open, or they should adjust their opening time to reflect when they’re actually prepared to operate.
After waiting with no assistance, I ended up leaving and getting food elsewhere. The last thing I want after a long workday is to wait 20 minutes just to be acknowledged, and then wait even longer for the food to be prepared. The experience was disappointing and unacceptable.
