very very close to a 5 star!! the food was quite delicious and pretty worth the price given the large portion, however the only thing holding it back was that the meat was pretty dry. the thing about dry meat is that it affects the overall experience of the dish a lot, yet it’s also a case by case thing: I’m sure if I come back again and the meat is juicy it’ll be an EASY 10/10. but for now, a very very solid 4 stars

All chicagoans, gather around! Now IL has the best chicken over rice. You don’t need to wait hours in the queue unlike NYC to get this same dish. Or even the much better version.
Portions are great for the price we pay.

Amazing!! I got the Salito Chicken Hero and a blue lemonade. The chicken is so tender, along with the crunch of the toasted bread and the sesame seeds on the bread give this a sandwich a super flavorful experience!!
The portions are huge, perfect for sharing, cool ambiance and very spacious with various style seating.
I’ll definitely be back to try the other items on the menu!!!

The second time I came here, the first was on their grand opening when they were giving out free food, and the lines were wrapped around the corner, and I wasn’t able to get any at that time. Now that it’s not packed, I was able to get the mixed platter. Let me tell you what the container was full and packed to the brim. Kudos to them! The amount was great, and the food itself was filled with flavors. I got the white sauce and the hot sauce on the side, because I didn’t want the food to get soggy and wasn’t sure how spicy it would be. Overall was satisfied with my order!

Highly recommend the chicken platter. I got it with the sauce on the side. The chicken is moist and well-seasoned, unlike the dry chicken I’ve had from the actual halal cart in NYC. Huge portion, I couldn’t finish it in one sitting. My friend got wings and said the chicken was moist and tasty as well. Would eat again.

I’ve eaten at the Chicago Halal Eats location and loved my lamb platter meal. Once I heard there was going to be a new location in Niles I had to make sure I checked it out! The staff was really helpful and kind to help me out with some questions I had a out their menu. Just from the first few bites of my platter I am so happy they have a consistent amazing taste in their food!

Went in on a quiet Tuesday afternoon, got the number 5 a mixed platter. Came with lamb, chicken, salad and fries. Also got a drink it was very reasonably priced! Food was delicious and hearty. The service was friendly and quick! The place was super clean! Definitely would come back again.
