NYC Halal Eats – Highly Recommended!
Absolutely loved my experience at NYC Halal Eats! The service was excellent—friendly, fast, and genuinely welcoming. The food was incredibly tasty and honestly better than many big-name brands. You can really tell they use quality ingredients.
The burger and white fish were fresh, flavorful, and truly authentic—nothing artificial or overprocessed. The highlight for me was the Oreo + Dubai chocolate milkshake… it was out of this world! Rich, creamy, and perfectly indulgent.
To top it all off, the Biscoff cake was excellent—soft, rich, and absolutely satisfying.
If you’re looking for genuine halal food, amazing desserts, and great service, this place is a must-visit. Will definitely be coming back!
The food was great the 3 dishes we purchased. Where as follows Chicken Cheese Steak which was a pretty good. It could’ve had slightly more meat to bread ratio which you can see in photos. But overall it was a good sandwich. Next up the Steak Platter, less just say this right here was awesome. I typically don’t eat steak however the wife had this platter. And the steak was so tender even I ate multiple bites. The overall taste flavor rice texture etc was all top tier. Finally we have the Salito Fries with chicken. These bad boys are hands down top 10 best loaded fries I’ve ever had. They where my daughter’s however I put a dent in them forsure. The portion sizes relative to price was great. The price overall is more then reasonable period. My only con was that they were outta waffles. For chicken n waffles that’s why I rated 4 stars on the food.
ATMOSPHERE/SERVICE
This place aesthetically is pleasing it has great artistic design. The look, is street NYC urban flavor. The layout is very open air spacious lots of seating & its overall clean. The vibe from staff was so so a little bland. Not as up beat really as expected. As the overall look gives you awesome vibes upon entering. Then boom you’re hit with a none energetic or up beat staff to match. Will instantly take you down a notch. So suggestion to management, Harness those vibes as I felt great when I first came in. Make food suggestions let the customers in on what’s good and best sellers.
Overall experience I give them 5 stars with all things considered. This rating is only reflective. Based on restaurants comparative to it’s genre. Not comparative to fine dining true 5 star restaurants.
The food is fresh, flavorful, and made with real care. Their chicken and lamb platters are perfectly seasoned, portions are generous, and everything tastes authentic. The burgers and Philly cheesesteaks are also a must-try — juicy, well-made, and packed with flavor.
The staff is welcoming, the service is quick, and the place is clean and well-organized. You can tell they take pride in what they do. Whether you’re grabbing lunch or feeding the whole family, NYC Halal Eats never disappoints.
Highly recommended — you’ll definitely come back for more!
