Over priced over hyped “ in my opinion..First time trying after seeing on social media. Thought I’d start with a classic. ( Chicken Philly) the chicken is a cubed and smashed mix almost reminds me of a thick corn beef hash. It is a lot of meat but bland definitely going to need sauce and water. Online the bun look crispy but it was soft in and out. When I ordered online it was for curbside so I tipped. Luckily I called because my order was just sitting there so it was already kind of cold. Probably not a bad place just wouldn’t order the chicken philly again. It’s simple if you want a Philly go to a Philly spot we have plenty in the city and y’all know they load them crispy fries up. Had to try this place due tot the great reviews. Ordered a Philly CheeseSteak and Solito. The CheeseSteak was super dry, really salty, and chewy. The flavor wasn’t bad; it tasted like a Mediterranean inspired version of the sandwich. Definitely not worth the calories and will not order again. The Solito was much better. The chicken was outstanding with the white sauce. The fries and rice I would say were typical. Will just get the chicken by itself next time.

This place is underrated! I love their platters which include, rice, protein (chicken, lamb, falafel, steak, salito, seafood shrimp or mixed and salad or less than $15. I come with the family because they have a lot of variety if you are not into middle eastern food. They have wings fries fajitas fish burgers chicken and waffles and other side sides. They also have a variety of desert and ice cream as well as fruit. I also like that the place is super clean to include their bathrooms.

I ordered catering from NYC Halal Eats for my child’s birthday party in February 2026, and I had a great experience. Saif, the manager, made sure the entire process went smoothly. We established a clear fair price to us both, and the quantity and quality of the food provided for our party was excellent. We ordered Rice, Falafel, Hummus, Pita bread, Chicken, and Lamb. He provided plenty of condiments to go with our food. He delivered the food on-time and communicated clearly about the order. I had several guests ask me for the information of our catering! I would gladly order food and cater from them again!

Is fantastic! The falafel basket was on point. This place is like the total and complete opposite of a counterfeit post rd Jordan’s! And they have that garlic white sauce for the falafel rather than that cucumber sour cream stuff elsewhere. Straight fire!

Healthy fresh Halal food! Love that the food isn’t overly salty. The portion sizes are good, the drinks are delicious, especially the mango lemonade. The staff is decently friendly and courteous, the restaurant is clean and eclectic. I also love the variety on the menu. This is my second time eating here and I’ll definitely be eating here again.

I got the mixed (lamb and chicken) salad, and the first bite took me by surprise because it was absolutely delicious! I was trying to be a little selective and stay on the healthier side by ordering a salad instead of several of the other very tasty looking items on their menu, so I didn’t have ultra high expectations with what I ordered. Really I was just hoping that it would be somewhat decent. It was a TON of food and it was only $12 before tax. It was kind of a messy-looking dish, but who cares. The flavors and texture of my food blew my mind at how good it was! I will definitely be returning again, and possibly making this one of my regular spots. It was 95 degrees outside and I think the A/C was broken, which is why they had a fan set up, but I would assume that’s just a temporary thing.

I had originally tried Blazin Chicken & Gyro in North Bergen, NJ back in 2024 and was eagerly waiting for a location to open closer to me. I was thrilled to find out that NYC Halal Eats partnered with them using the same recipes and even though I still live an hour away, I semi-regularly make the drive to get a platter. Great food with generous portions!
