Burgers and fries were hot and delicious!! Service was fast and very friendly! Best burgers we’ve had in a long time. Would highly recommend. Staff was amazing and restaurant was very clean. Would give 10 stars if available.

I used to love this place. Today’s visit changed that. My hotdog was ice cold. 2 little onions were on the chili dog. Was told they were out of mayonnaise.The drinks were flat. Tables were dirty. Looks like this place went downhill.

Great, friendy customer service. The burgers are hot and juicy and the toppings are always fresh and good quality. Try the Smokehouse Burger if you like onion rings. The fresh are really good as well.

The only thing that annoys me here which often happens and is frustrating is using the full dollar amount for food comps.
If I have a $25 food comp, I want $25 rang up worth of food.
I’m here again right now and same thing. I said let me know the total and I’ll either add enough bacon until it’s $25 or a side and anything over my $25 comp I’ll pay with card. Total came to $23.
Not trying to sound petty, but it’s annoying and a waste. I had a $50 food comp last month and I asked for my total and she just said it’s covered and handed me back my players card. Total wasn’t even $40 which means over $10 went back to the house. I could have used that $10 for a burger to go, with bacon and not owed anything.
I’m quick when I order and don’t stand there asking questions holding up the line.
Pleaae do better. I spend a lot of money in this casino and should be allowed to use the full dollar amount of food comps since the restaurants do get reimbursed.
Otherwise it’s a good place to eat and the food is cheap.

Good burgers and the hot dog is great for the value…solid beef texture and unique spice flavor. Pictured is the BLT Dog. Also when you make your meal a combo you can do fried pickles or onion rings if not in the mood for fries. We had the fried pickle slices which were very good.

Service was fast, yet the food was delicious nonetheless. Tried their side order of loaded okie poutine fries and omg, tastebud overload! I think I enjoyed the food here than the actual gambling we did lol. We tried the burger, the hot dog combo and every item did not disappoint! Give it a try if you’re ever at Winstar.

Generally good food and very friendly staff. Visit here a couple times a month. Today found hair in my burger. Really gross.
I observed the employees after. The main cook with ZZtop hair and beard…Not a hair net in the restaurant.
The other employee next to him on the grill had long hair in a pony tail, no gloves and scratching his head in the kitchen.
The dark hair woman server, waiting on orders at the window could not keep her hands out of her hair. Constantly pulling it, flipping it, etc.
Never realized, but appears to be very poor hygiene and basic sanitary food prep standards….
