Wow! What an amazing experience. From the food, which was amazing to the service, Tûti and Juju made my wife and I feel like old friends. The chef, Clément makes some amazing dishes. The Vietnamese egg rolls, the mahi-mahi was the best we had on the island the perfect balance of sweet and savory. We also had their sashimi appetizer special with yuzu and orange was melt in your mouth. We went twice it was so good.

**A Hidden Gem in St. Barts – A lovely dining Experience at Nyama**
From the moment we stepped into Nyama, we were greeted with warmth and genuine hospitality that instantly made us feel at home. The staff were not only attentive and friendly, but truly went above and beyond to ensure we were well taken care of throughout our meal.
What made our experience even more memorable was the visit from the owner herself – such a vibrant and gracious woman! She was incredibly knowledgeable and passionate and it was so lovely chatting with her.
As lovers of authentic Asian cuisine, we were excited to try the menu – and Nyama did not disappoint. From the tools used to the generous herbs and ingredients, it was clear this place is the real deal when it comes to Vietnamese flavors. We ordered the hot pot, which came with an abundance of herbs and fresh ingredients, and they even offered extra vermicelli noodles without hesitation.
The broth caught us by surprise – a vegetable base with a subtle sweetness we weren’t expecting; we discovered the secret was pineapple! Not what we’re used to but we enjoyed the twist!
The portions were m generous, and by the end of our meal, we were happily full. At the end of our meal, we were offered a complimentary tasting of their house rum – with flavors like passion fruit, ginger, vanilla, and mango. We went with the ginger and passion fruit, and both were absolutely delicious.
As this was our first visit to St. Barts, we feel truly grateful to have discovered such a warm and welcoming place. We’ll absolutely be recommending this hidden gem to our friends and will make a point to return on our next trip!

Absolute gem of a place and a very welcomed break from traditional, tourist oriented restaurants. Here’s a proper, family ran high end restaurant on a side of a road with welcoming atmosphere, ran by amazing people. We loved it so much that we returned twice during our stay on the island. Would love to see more places like this in the future

Absolutely wonderful evening all around. Starters of mahi mahi tartare and escargot kicked things off wonderfully. Never would have thought the combination of Vietnamese and French could work so well. Could easily have just ordered one of each of all the starters from the menu and enjoyed the whole meal on those alone. The hot pot and grill both serve two people and were excellent share dishes. Cocktails also good. The service was the stand out. Anthony was exceptional. The owner (I missed her name) was also so very kind to our rookie dining mates on how to best enjoy a Vietnamese hotpot and grill. I spend a lot of time in St Barths for work and will easily recommend Nyama to anyone looking to get away from the madness of Gustavia and enjoy an evening of light, hearty, and delicious food.

Absolutely AMAZING!!!! The food was creative and so delicious! It was obvious everything was freshly made. We had the fried rolls, raw wahoo, fried rice (best I’ve ever had), Bun, and ice cream with fried dough for dessert. The flavors of everything were fantastic!
The experience was only made better by Alexandra with her cheerful, friendly personality and excellent recommendations!

Lovely, welcoming atmosphere and staff. The Chef elevated some classic dishes and it all works very well together. Reminds me of the old St Barts but with even better food. Perfect location with charming decor. Special kudos to the owner who designed the menu with some of her mother’s recipes, she knew exactly what we wanted and made our experience extra special.
