Went to a awesome local spot. Great home cooked food. A taste from the islands. The price was right and owner was very welcoming. I would recommend if your in the area to stop by and have some good food.

We went to the restaurant late last night, near closing time and we were overly delighted with the restaurant. It was a very nice atmosphere and very clean. Andrew was definitely friendly, pleasant and very attentive to our needs and wants. We tried the oxtails with rice and beans, cabbage and plantains. I must say it tasted amazingly delicious. The portions are amazing. I will definitely be making my way back again. This is truly my go to spot when I’m in the mood for some great tasting Jamaican Cuisine. Thank you Andrew for everything.

Ordered through Grubhub and wow…. This is incredible! Everything included in the order is seasoned and cooked so well. I ordered a medium dish and it is HEAVY. Such an amazing portion size for the price. Came nice and hot , tasted so so fresh. Will 100% order from here again.

The food was very good here and the portions were very generous. They were very accommodating for family style servings also. We tried the goat, oxtail, 2 types of chicken and the rice. All were very tasty but goat and oxtail were our favorites. We fed 4 adults for $60. And had leftover for some lunch. Would eat here again. When they run out of food that’s it, so don’t show up too late. Take out only no dining in.

This Jamaican restaurant delivers solid, honest food that tastes like it came straight out of a home kitchen. The jerk chicken has real heat and smoke, not watered down spice, and the oxtail is tender with rich gravy that sticks to the rice and peas. Portions are filling, prices feel fair, and the menu stays focused on the classics instead of doing too much. Service is relaxed but friendly, and the place smells good the moment you walk in. If you want straightforward Jamaican food done right, this spot gets the job done.

The cashier/food prep lady was absolutely phenomenal, as a first time customer she took her time and explained everything.
From the different types of food to the sizes of portions etc.
I ended up getting the rice and Peas, jerk chicken steamed cabbage. Everything was delicious.
We had beef patties and chicken patties that were delicious.
The pineapple ginger was on point.
The prices were amazing.
If ever you in town you may want to stop in. It is definitely worth the money.
My only downfall is that it’s definitely a takeout spot and there was no restrooms.
We wanted to have do an eat in but this don’t take away from the flavorful food we had.

I had the oxtail, rice and plantains. The food was flavorful, yummy, filling and brought back to the place coming from the heart. The proprietor is amazingly friendly and humble from beginning to end. Drove more than an hour to taste this awesome food.

Amazing jerk chicken with rice and peas and plantain. Love the oxtail gravy on top of the rice. Best Caribbean food on the island and fast and friendly service. Been here multiple times and they NEVER disappoint. Great price point too! Go for the lunch special, you won’t regret it.

I will start off by saying that I have never had a bad experience and that the brown stew chicken is amazing. You have to make sure you get the cabbage and the plantains with it. The people behind the counter have always been helpful and kind. The veggie patty is highly addictive. The passion fruit drink and lemonade are refreshing. It’s best to call in advance for the rasta pasta.
