So I haven’t been inside the place yet, I ordered takeout. I got a pepperoni large with extra sauce. Unfortunately when I got my pizza and ate the first slice, I realized there was no sauce on the pizza. Simple mistake, so I called the establishment just to let them know. Wasn’t even looking for a second pizza, the customer service is incredible. Without me even having to ask, the girl on the phone looked up my name and calmly explained that they accidentally hit the wrong sauce button. And that they would be sending their driver back to bring me the correct pizza. Most places would give you the hardest time if you made a genuine complaint. Central Park Pizza already had it covered before I could even tell them what the problem was. Like I said, I would’ve just taken the sauceless pizza (because even that was delicious) and went about my day. But they made sure their customer service stays top tier all around. I will 100% be back! Best customer service in ages!

Fantastic, fantastic New York-style pizza in a batting cage in Burbank!!! OMG. Hey, you can’t get this on Door Dash. Phone it in, Phiolks! We arrived 10 minutes after our pick up-up time (flying in from Seattle and the Bay Area), and the chef put the pizzas back into the pizza oven to make sure they were piping hot. Delicious! Highest recommendation!

My boyfriend works at the batcade where central park pizza is and so i eat there a lot. I really like all the food i’ve tried but my favorite is by far the pizza and garlic knots. I’ve eaten here probably about once a week for the past year and the quality of the food has never slipped and is always good.

Before i even taste the pizza let me start off by telling you that i have not received this good a service in a while. While i was ordering the cashier made sure i was aware of a coupon they have and gave it to me to make sure my order is cheaper, it just happened to apply to exactly what i wanted.
That was awesome, saved me 10$.
While waiting for my pizza and knots the cashier came up and asked if i wanted a free drink, I politely declined but it is a hot day and that is a very kind gesture.

The atmosphere is very nostalgic, and i even like the vibe of being a part of a “batcade” (baseball batting and arcade). Smells like great pizza here too.

Service is fast and efficient, delivery is free, i don’t see any downsides, food should be ready any moment and i will continue writing, hopefully they don’t disappoint.

The pizza-

Cheese pizza was amazing. The char on the bottom was perfect, just thin enough but not too thin. Great sauce and great cheese, one of the better NY style pizzas i’ve had in LA

Hawaiian pizza was totally solid, a lil bit too much pineapple for my personal liking but that just comes down to taste, everything was super well cooked and the flavors felt fresh.

Garlic knots were okay. Not the best i’ve ever had but not the worse. I would personally avoid them and maybe try a pasta next time.

Hands down the best pizza in LA. Pricey we got a XL cheese and pep with 4 drinks and it was about 40 bucks. Only suggestion I would have as they are due for remodel in the sitting area but it does give a classic nostalgic old school pizza joint that you would go to after a little league baseball game. But they need a new fountain vendor the lemonade was watered down and trash. Staff was super friendly had great conversation and we’re very accommodating

I have been happily munching really yummy pizza at this family-owned and operated restaurant for more than a decade. Their pizza crust is delicious and all their ingredients, whatever the meal may be, are top-quality. Love the sweet folks who sweat in a hot kitchen to make fine lunches and dinners. Try any of their items, all be be enjoyable….always!

The best of the rest and just great. I won’t be going anywhere else. Had a large pizza at 7.99 and today was 23.99 same large, same pizza and just as good. Price had to go up cause since the batting cages they are connected to is virus closed so we didn’t know it was open..it isn’t seen from the street. I’m just glad they’re open cause I’ve had enough bad pizza everywhere else including every pizza place in Burbank. One says they’re the real deal and has one on Magnolia and a second location near the hill bragging they are NY Central good when they are horrible and skimp on the cheese etc. Central Park Pizza makes pizza loaded with each topping all the time. Love it!

Served this to New Yorkers at work and they say it’s closest thing they’ve had to a decent New York pizza pie in L.A. Very good, chewy crust and well made fresh sauce. Gourmet toppings are exceptional, especially the sautéed mushrooms. Good stuff and fast phone in delivery.

The batcade is a great place for families, casual dates, and practicing amateurs. The pizza is really good, very close to NY pizza. They have air hockey and other games to entertain you while you wait for take out. My only complaint is that there are always flies in the dining room when I’ve been there. May seem small but there were at least 5 flies buzzing around each time I went and nobody wants fly feet on their pizza.
