Went in with family of 6-8 and order pizza during the Irish festival, at first order to go then we decide to stay since there was no one else in the restaurant. Was asked to leave and we couldn’t change to dine in. HORRIBLE business! I would understand if they were busy but no one else was there! They were so dead you can see the cooks just watching us. This is also the server that said we had to leave. Ask for their name and she ran away. Instead of fighting back, my family and I left but definitely not a way to make the customer come back! No wonder it’s so dead. Will be contacting BBB. On top regardless of service, pizza is very mid, kinda disappointing. Overall will tell everyone to stay away! As a local we deserve a lot better.

I went with my family and we had a nice time. The food was good, and the garlic knots were definitely our favorite — warm, soft, and full of flavor. The cashier was friendly, and our server was kind and attentive. We’ll be back in a future trip.

The pizza itself was good, but my experience was concerning. While eating, I noticed water dripping from the ceiling fan above the AC unit, and it actually landed on my pizza. I’m not sure where the leak came from, but the ceiling looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in a while. There appeared to be possible mold or buildup near the HVAC vent.
When I brought the issue to the staff’s attention, their reaction made me uncomfortable—they didn’t seem very receptive, and I felt judged rather than heard. I would advise future guests to look up before eating and take caution. This could be a health hazard if not addressed.
The food had potential, but cleanliness and professionalism are just as important. I hope management takes this feedback seriously. piña colada was nasty tastes like water.!

Had a great experience at Ny Pizza Kitchen! The place feels super cozy and welcoming as soon as you walk in. The staff was really friendly and checked on us often without being annoying, which I appreciated.
The food was awesome – the pizza was perfectly baked with fresh toppings and a nice balance of flavors. The crust was crispy but still soft inside, just how I like it. The sides were also really good, especially the fresh salad and tasty sauces.

NOT New York style pizza! My family went here in 2024 and its was “decent” but went back this year (2025) and whoa!!! No good. However – Service is great! Very friendly. Very fast service. Cheese steaks and salads are pretty good. But the pizza? Nope. Undercooked, super salty toppings and cheese. Super doughy crust (zero crisp). My family had to stop eating it cause it wasn’t going down very well. The worst part…. $$$$$$$!!!! Yikes! Over $25 bucks a pie ! I didn’t expect an actual NY Pizza joint in NMB, SC (at all)…. But this is the worst pizza I ever had to drop $$$$$$ on. Sorry – I will not be going back in 2026.

Three stars and I’m being generous. The delivery took well over an hour and the pizza was cold. The pizza itself tasted like something from Chucky Cheese and had a weird rubbery texture. You would be better off buying a frozen pizza. The “chicken wings” were NOT, they were soggy, over breaded chicken nuggets dipped in hot sauce. The blue cheese dressing was so funky tasting we thought it was possibly spoiled. Even the cheesecake, which was still frozen, was bland and almost tasteless. I rarely leave a bad review but at $48 for one medium pizza, 6 chicken nuggets and one piece of cheesecake the food was awful I felt I should put a warning label on it. If it is for kids that will eat anything it’s a go, for normal adults your going to be very disappointed.
