Totally disappointed and waste of money !!
ordered a mix of chicken, and the quality was very disappointing. Out of 5 pieces, only 1 was fresh, juicy, and tasted good. The other 4 pieces were completely different—hard, rubbery, extremely oily, and tasted like they had been fried 2–3 times. They did not seem fresh at all, almost like they were from the previous day and just reheated.
The leg pieces especially were so oily that they clearly had absorbed too much oil from being refried. On top of that, the chicken was overly salty and difficult to eat. Honestly, I couldn’t even finish 2 pieces and ended up taking the rest home, but I still couldn’t eat them.
It feels like they only add 1–2 fresh pieces in each order to make it look good, while the majority of the chicken is old and reheated. This is very disappointing and feels like a waste of money. The only positive part of my order was the fries—they were fresh and tasty.

This restaurant serves fried chicken, fried fish, grinders, sandwiches and Halal. It is definitely comfort food. Everything looks clean. You have the option of dining in or taking out. There is a public bathroom on the premises. You have to get a key from staff. Please be careful when it comes time for payment. The owner is known to over charge you if you are not paying close attention. Consider yourself warned.

Food and taste was normal. The chicken pcs seems old. Couldn’t take pictures. We Ordered 9 pcs of checkin with fries and biscuits. Instead of full pcs, 3 wings and 1 drum stick was added. Also no biscuits were provided.

The food was okay, could have been better. I ordered the chicken and rice, and when I arrived it was already ready, so they were really fast – which was definitely a big plus. I also don’t drink soda, so I asked to swap it for juice in my combo, and the guy who helped me was super friendly and allowed the change.
When I went to pick up my food, he asked if I wanted sauce and was holding a white sauce. I assumed it was the salad dressing, so I said yes. He ended up putting that sauce all over the food, and in my opinion, it ruined the dish because it had a sour taste that didn’t work for me. I ended up throwing away half of my bowl because the flavor was too strong.
Overall, I think the service was great, the price was reasonable, but the sauce really ruined the meal for me. My suggestion would be to ask for the sauce on the side so you can add it yourself if you like it.

Got a 3 piece fried chicken platter that came with rice (or fries), biscuit, a small salad and a 12oz can of soda. It was well cooked everything tasted great. The chicken was perfectly cooked and tasted great, they included hot sauce packets which I appreciated! The biscuit was soft and buttery and had just the right level of moisture and so tasted perfect as is (it didn’t need any added butter for flavor or moisture) the salad was a perfect balance to the fried chicken and really rounded out the meal and was a welcome addition. The rice was perfect flavor and texture was on point, it’s great as is but I got the white sauce on top the rice as well as the salad and it really kicks it up! The atmosphere was as you’d expect for a small fried chicken place, I enjoyed eating there and the people working there were very friendly and I plan to go there again next time I am in the area!!

I go here a few times a month. The food is ridiculously good, and the guys working there are always upbeat, and pleasant. The chicken cheese steak is absolutely addicting, pic is of the cheese steak because I already devoured the chicken. If you get the lamb/chicken/shrimp over rice opt for extra sauce, it’s delicious.

God is so good!!! An absolutely blessing I found this place!!! The food is so worth it!!! I’m not from Connecticut but hands down the best food I’ve had in a very long time!!! So good!!! ♥️♥️♥️ The owner Con has the best attitude and make the experience a million times better!! You can taste the passion in the food! Just amazing
