We love burgers and NY Burger Shack did not disappoint! I’ve been wanting to come her for a while, but we don’t live nearby. Well, it finally worked out and we’re really glad it did. I had the “Manhattan” and I think it was the most perfect burger I’ve ever had. My wife had the Shack Burger and my daughter had Queens. Curly fries and Parmesan Truffle. Everyone was really happy and enjoyed it. We need to be in the neighborhood more often!

First time here, and I’m glad we ate here. Had the grilled chicken burgers and they were slamminn !! They were not dry by any means and were cooked perfectly. Fries were crispy , onion rings were perfect. Jima the hostess was amazing, food came out pretty quick for the amount we ordered. Will definitely come back when we are in this area again , we live in Brooklyn.

I stopped in one rainy Tuesday after driving by it regularly for a year. While it’s not large it can comfortably sit about 15 or 16 between tables and stool seating. I didn’t get ice cream but their options seemed delicious. I did order a custom burger as I wasn’t feeling adventurous enough for one of their house burgers. Lots of choices and I got the combo with a drink and my choice of curly fries. The service was polite and quick. My burger came out in about 10 minutes maybe less. Cooked excellent and had plenty of toppings. The bacon was crisp as was the fried onions I requested on top. The fries were also crispy and not greasy or dry. Overall the food was excellent and I would say the price wasn’t so bad. More then fast food obviously but quality and taste are there.

The burgers are fantastic. They’re MASSIVE delicious and cooked perfect. Each burger comes with a side and a drink and for $18 you definitely get your moneys worth. A side of fries is huge and I couldn’t even finish it all.
The onion rings are phenomenal. So crispy and just the right amount of onion. I brought them home about a 10-15 min car ride and even after sitting in the bag they were still super crispy.
The ambiance in the place is great too. Gives you a feeling that you’re sitting in an old brick building in Brooklyn with a modern twist. They knocked it out of the park with cool art too.
I’m super glad this place came about because I’m going to be frequenting this place often. Hats off to NY Burger Shack. 5 stars.

I really loved the Brooklyn burger, it was juicy, full of flavor and the ingredients were fresh. But the Cajun fries were a letdown, they were dry and the spices were just plain. My wife got onion rings, they were super crispy and tasty. I’m going to probably get that as a side next time. Overall, it was great and a pleasant surprise!

We got the Bronx & Long Island burgers, with straight and curly fries, and an order of onion rings. I swapped out the Swiss for pepper jack smoked Gouda, and when I lifted the burger half the cheese and onions fell off. No biggie, went to ask for a fork, and Jay, one of the owners, immediately offered to remake it. I adamantly refused that generous offer, though told him I appreciate it. About halfway through eating he showed up at our table with cheesy curly fries and a Kit Kat shake!
The burgers were delicious – all the “Borough Burgers” are 6oz, though you can do a 4oz build your own burger. We both preferred the curly fries, though the straight were very crispy. The onion rings have a great batter. The shake was decadent!
We will definitely be back to try more of the menu!

Honestly came here on weds night. I got the Bronx burger , my wife made her own burger. The burger was delicious and so flavorful. I could literally eat this everyday. I’ll deff be back . Highly recommend if you’re craving a tasty burger .

Took my gf for her first burger in five years (she was vegan). Not only was she impressed, but I must say this was one of the best burgers I’ve ever had. Flavorful and everything was extremely fresh. I’ll also add that the customer service was amazing, everyone had a positive attitude and I it definitely made me feel at home and welcomed. I’m coming back for sure!

Small place but very cozy, workers make you feel welcomed as soon as you walk through that door.
I had the Brooklyn burger combo with straight fries and it was great!! I could say these are the best burgers in town for sure.
