I drove 30 minutes to try NY Bagel Deli for the first time, arriving around 8:10 AM Sunday. As a New Yorker, I was really excited to check it out. The staff was extremely friendly, welcoming, and efficient, which I appreciated.
I purchased a dozen assorted bagels, along with ½ pound of regular cream cheese, 1 pound of scallion cream cheese, and 1 pound of potato salad. The cream cheese had a nice whipped texture, and the scallion cream cheese was incredible—definitely my family’s favorite. The potato salad was also delicious, with a flavor that truly reminded me of a loaded baked potato.
The plain bagels were excellent—cooked perfectly with the right texture. The French toast bagel was a lovely treat. However, I was a little disappointed with the everything and onion bagels. While they smelled amazing, they were noticeably overcooked, making them tough, and the toppings had a burnt taste. The bagels without toppings were much better.
Overall, I love the concept and the variety of options, but the inconsistency in baking was a letdown, especially after making the long drive. It probably won’t be my first choice in the future, but if I’m in the area again, I’d stop in for another visit.

I used NY bagel deli to cater a very high level event for my company for both breakfast and lunch. It was amazing and everyone loved everything!!! From bagels, to fruit trays, salad, pasta salad, and the wraps, it was absolutely delicious! The desert trays were sooo good. Ordering process was easy and Lisa and Mike are great to work with! Definitely recommend using them for catering needs.

I went into NY Bagel Deli a few weeks ago and fell in love with the food! Fresh, delicious, and worth the wait! The staff was incredibly friendly and kind. While visiting, I noticed NY Bagel Deli did catering as well, perfect! I was getting married a few weeks later and still needed a caterer for my rehearsal dinner. I knew I had to have NYBD cater! Very affordable, tasty, and filling! All my guests raved about the food! We’ll be back!

There were many cold cuts to pick from, many types of sandwiches and cookies for dessert!!! There were many kinds of bagels! We picked the veggie sandwich! It was excellent! First time ordering from here and I’m really disappointed in my salad. I ordered a chicken ceasar salad and have maybe a bite of chicken in the entire salad. For $12 I expected to have more chicken and toppings in general. Definitely not worth the money.

I’ve been coming to NY Bagel Deli for a long time, and I absolutely love it here. They have incredible wraps and sandwiches. I highly recommend their sandwiches; they are truly the best. The bagels, desserts, and baked chips are also outstanding—some of the best baked chips in the world, hands down! I highly recommend coming here for lunch, dinner, or breakfast. No matter what meal you need, they’ve got it. Great food and great people!

I remember when they first opened, I visited every morning I could, I lived about 2 minutes away at the time. I no longer live in Medina, but I still stop in for bagels and/or breakfast sandwiches when I can. Excellent service, very friendly staff and there’s few (if any) places within an hour’s drive for top-tier quality bagels!

Stopped in today to try them out after an interview next door, the chicken cheesesteak was absolutely delicious. I seen they had snickerdoodles cookies, I was in heaven. Would definitely drive back there from Akron to go there again. Friendly service as well.

Tried a new sandwich shop. The service was awesome. The wait time for the carry out was reasonable. There’s a small dine in section and a few tables outside. The bakery looked delicious. There’s free parking right in front of the restaurant. It is handicapped accessible. The food was good. I’ll stop back again definitely on pay check week, the prices are a little high.

I stumbled across this establishment & can’t stop going back! As soon as I walked in I was greeted by the kindest & most helpful staff ! I ordered an egg salad sandwich on a toasted everything bagel & it was delicious .. then came across house chips & a pickle in the bag which I didn’t even realize you got which made it complete ! I then finished it with a lemon poppyseed muffin top & was hooked ! There isn’t one bad thing I’ve had !
