Tried a new sandwich shop. The service was awesome. The wait time for the carry out was reasonable. There’s a small dine in section and a few tables outside. The bakery looked delicious. There’s free parking right in front of the restaurant. It is handicapped accessible. The food was good. I’ll stop back again definitely on pay check week, the prices are a little high.

NYBD has my favorite bagels EVER!!! Their sesame bagels are next level!! I also LOVE their yummy muffin tops, cookies, and bagel chips! And I love all of their coffee options! Do not go there if in a hurry took a long time, over 20 mins to get 4 bagel sandwiches. Messed up our order toasted some when not ordered all toasted. We paid to add bacon but did not get bacon.

Food is amazing but service is very hit or miss. I hate to say this, but it seems like this business is run by a bunch of high schoolers. Orders are frequently delayed or messed up. Young employees seem frazzled and disorganized. I wonder if more adults need to be present.

I got the tuna salad on a toasted everything bagel with chips. Everything was delicious! I do have 2 concerns. The tuna salad was runny; as in juice was running down my hand. It’s definitely not something I wanted while driving. The other is that the chips seemed mostly smashed. I wonder why they would have even bagged chips like that. If I go back there, I’ll see if the chips are the same.

I don’t know if they are short staffed or what but the man taking orders was very rude. He was rolling his eyes and taking his frustration out on the customers. Definitely didn’t feel welcomed. Ended up just walking away instead of ordering food. Disappointed because I do enjoy their food.
