Great food and amazing service from Ivan! We wandered in and were pleasantly surprised with the delicious Indian fusion food. The mint chutney and chimmichuri were both fresh made and great with the beef skewers, the chicken biryani was also a hit. We enjoyed a complimentary appetizer & dessert as well. Lots of options for a variety of eaters (super healthy, vegetarian, etc.) would come back!

This place is phenomenal. The food was divine. We had a sample of the street food, which was amazing. Such a huge flavor bomb in such a small bite.
We tried the lamb skewers which were soooo tender and came with an fantastic chimichurri sauce. We were recommended the Royal Curry (Korma) and it definitely did not disappoint. The rice was cooked to perfection, and one of our favorite things is you can get more rice at no extra charge. The Garlic Naan was so light, and crispy. We also got the Fiery Paneer Bites and man were they great. I LOVE buffalo wings, and they were so tasty and flavorful with a spicy kick that I genuinely could replace a buffalo wing with a fiery paneer bite for the rest of my life and die happy. We sat at the bar and the bartender (I don’t recall his name, it started with a Z) was SO friendly and helpful and a great conversationalist.

My husband and I stopped in after touring the apartments on that block and decided to try it out and discuss our options. This restaurant definitely helped impact the ranking of the apartments we toured in comparison to others in different parts of the city. It’s THAT good. We always look for and love a sense of community and enjoy going out and socializing. While there, two other regulars stopped in to sit at the bar and it seemed like we made a few new friends in our potential new neighborhood. The bartender was very familiar with everyone. You come in for the food and stay for the atmosphere / vibe and conversation.

It is a sports bar, with incredible food and wonderful cocktails. I had an old fashioned that was an “off menu” specialty by our bartender and it was fantastic. I forgot to take photo’s of everything while there as I was just so excited to dig in and indulge but I’ve attached the photos here.

This is definitely a hidden gem. Don’t let the name fool you, it’s so much more than JUST nutritious bowls (although I’m sure they’re amazing as well)

We ordered 2 nutritious bowls with paneer and chicken. Our server, Ivan was amazing and surprised us with an extra appetizer.

Would come back another Friday night to have some quinoa dosa they have on menu. Prepare to share a bowl because you wont be finishing it fast.

Our 2nd time here before a hockey game at the Delta Center. Both times we had Cayden as our server. He made the whole experience along with the food and atmosphere fabulous! We had skipped over this in the past assuming it was fast food by the name. It is such a pleasant surprise and experience! Delicious Indian food, a full bar with tv’s but also cozy booths. Everything we have had was delicious and big portions. This is our new go to place before games! You won’t be disappointed!

Tried Nutritious Bowl recently and it’s a nice new spot with some interesting options on the menu. We ordered their Bowl, Biryani, and Royal Curry. The Royal Curry is the real highlight it’s rich, flavorful, and has a creamy texture that truly lives up to its name. Definitely a must-try dish!

However, the rice in the bowl was a bit too hard, which slightly brought down the experience, and the Biryani was just okay nothing special but decent. Still, considering it’s a new restaurant, they’re doing a good job overall. Worth giving it a try, especially for the Royal Curry!

Nutritious Bowl is hands down one of my favorite places for both food and drinks. Everything is fresh, flavorful, and made with real intention. The bowls are filling without being heavy, perfectly balanced, and you can tell quality ingredients are always a priority.

The drinks are next level craft cocktails with cool vibes, smooth, refreshing, and seriously addictive. Whether you’re in the mood for something energizing, nourishing, or just delicious, they absolutely deliver every time. You never feel rushed, and the vibe is welcoming and positive.

It’s the kind of place you keep coming back to because it makes you feel good from the inside out. Highly recommend for anyone looking for amazing flavor, great energy, and food and drinks that actually leave you feeling better than when you walked in.

I hope this restaurant continues to get so much more recognition. We ordered the Cajun Pasta bowl and a create your own bowl and were offered a small very tasty bite complimentary before the food came out. The food was so flavorful and portions were perfectly sized. The waitress was so kind and answered any questions and helped with recommendations. We were trying to use up some time before a Utah Mammoth hockey game and stumbled across them. Their atmosphere is pleasant and they offer bar seating with screens if you were looking to watch a game. I would recommend anyone stop in for a meal and taste their incredible dishes. We learned that they have only been open for a few months and we can’t wait to return to try more of the dishes that they offer.

Amazing food, great ambience and the service was top notch. All the food that we tried were really yummy and would definitely go there again. Special shout out to the bartender who made virgin Moscow mule on request and it was one of the best I’ve had in recent times. Very creative food options such as pani-puri shots, veggie bowls, many more!
