Thank you to the lovely sisters and their mum for being so welcoming. I am familiar with the Herbalife products and even though the smoothie bars are different in Australia due to limited stock, it was amazing to try different flavours and the waffles which our smoothie bars don’t have.
If you are a local to Lemon Grove and never have tried this establishment, give it a go. Especially as you are heading towards summer, hydrate with healthy choices which is full of goodness, protein and reduced calories rather than Soda’s and Shakes. I miss you all and thank you for the outstanding Customer Service and great smoothies and teas.

Absolutely love Nutrition Solutions! My husband and I have been using them for the past month, and I’m so glad we gave them a chance! I love how they already have their menu set for each week , so it takes the stress of having to stop everything and picking what meals you would want. They have a really good variety, food is always fresh, actually has flavor , it’s super healthy, they even did a little something special for my birthday recently. It sounds corny , but honestly I was really moved by the birthday surprise , it was super cool!! We’ve tried other meal prep places and what makes this place different to us, their food quality and taste has been consistent. Their spicy isn’t really spicy in my opinion, but gives it extra flavor with a mild kick. I especially love the extras that you can add very easily if you want it for that week or not. It’s a variety of breakfast, protein donuts, cookies, and overnight oats. It’s all so yummy!! In the past month, we haven’t been bored with any of their food and look forward to the following week menu! I def recommend to everyone to give this one a try because it’s really good for u and taste pretty good too!

I had the Snickers Bowl, and I genuinely couldn’t believe it was loaded with protein, fiber, calcium, and vitamins A & C. If you put it side by side with an actual Snickers bar, the only difference would be that the bowl tastes better. The coconut flakes, the icy-cold texture—every bite was pure bliss. And with 28 grams of protein and good macros? Unreal.
My brother went for the waffles, and they were just as impressive—30 grams of protein yet fluffy, flavorful, and without that dense, processed feel you often get with high-protein meals.
To top it off, I tried one of their mega tea drinks, packed with antioxidants, vitamins, and collagen—exactly the kind of fuel your body wants.

Amazing protein choices!! I love being able to eat my favorite sweet flavors without the guilt of it being unhealthy. The owner was very knowledgeable of the products. She guided me on what to chose to get more protein out of my shake. I had the Mint Chocolate chip with coffee. The flavor was just like the ice cream! But, with 20grams of protein!
