I don’t know where to start with this place as when I walked in I was greeted by a very big smile and even asked how I was doing today. How this place only had two customers at the time I am confused. All the menu items are protein plant-based and healthy. The parking lot is a little bit busy but I was easily able to find somewhere to park. I ordered my food and it came fast I got a strawberry cheesecake smoothie and a waffle with fruit on top as well as whipped cream. Then for dessert I got a strawberry pie slice. The food was delicious I am definitely going to make this my new lunch place The atmosphere was amazing everything had a story or was kid friendly or just comfortable. The bathroom was very clean and had a changing table booster seats for toddlers and soap two different kinds as well as paper towels. There was also flushable wipes and baby wipes. I decided to sit on the very comfortable couch and eat my food and had a great conversation with the owner. This is a family-run business in Auburn and it should get a lot more notice. How I just found out about this place I am shocked 10 out of 10.

Girlfriend and I went for the first time today. Food is amazing, one of the best bowls I’ve enjoyed. Portion sizes are really big and the staff is super friendly.

Great place, great atmosphere, family own, and the smoothies are amazing!! Definetly my favorite smoothie place in Auburn, great prices on smoothies made with plants, and they’re huge!! I try the blueberry cheesecake keep in mind is flavored cheesecakes made with plants!! Amazinggggg!

I recently discovered this little gem in Auburn, WA! They serve protein meals, which is very cool, and everything is both healthy and delicious. The only reason I’m taking off one star is because they provide very cheap plastic forks. For food this good, it would be wonderful to have better utensils.

Very chill and relaxed atmosphere. Service was quick and friendly! I always get a protein milkshake whenever I go there. Majority of everything has protein in it which is something I really like. Today I had the frappuccino blend! Good flavor, blended well with the protein.
