This place blew me away as well. I have been coming to this plaza for a couple of years, but I never noticed this little nutrition bar until a couple weeks ago. Locally, I love the seemingly low costs of healthy smoothies, and this smoothie bar is no exception. It also has coffee, açai bowls, etc., and even a small breakfast burrito menu. It is small, and seats no more than 20, but I think most people order and leave. No one came in when I stopped for breakfast on a Friday morning. I really love this place, though I am not sure a non-Christian would be comfortable.
