Great food(better than Kingman Punjabi Dahba), spice levels were on point, and the atmosphere was family friendly, and absolutely amazing. Worth the trip. They definitely get 2 thumbs up(which is their Indian cola, and is a pleasant change of pace).

Vegtable Samosa Chaat and Chicken Goan curry were excellent (5 stars). However, our batch of the Mutton Korma tasted like a whole cup of fish sauce/paste was accidently dropped into it, to the point where I could not eat it and had to throw it out. I would have taken it back if it wasn’t a to-go order from across town. 🙁

One of the best Indian restaurants in the city. My boyfriend and I started coming every weekend for the lunch buffet. Both of the owners are so incredibly kind. If you would like something that isn’t in the lunch buffet they will accommodate you. They have the BEST butter chicken and naan. You will NOT be disappointed. I’m a newbie to indian food and they are so giving with their time and knowledge. Amazing food and better people!

We celebrated a birthday party at the Nut Meg restaurant for around 50 people, and it was an amazing experience. The atmosphere was welcoming, and the staff were professional, friendly, and very attentive throughout the event.
The food was absolutely amazing- delicious, fresh, and beautifully presented. All of our guests loved it and kept complimenting the dishes. Everything was well organized, making the celebration smooth and stress-free.
Highly recommend Nut Meg restaurant for birthday parties or any special occasion. We will definitely be back!

Ordered two entrees for TWO people (chicken tikka masala) and was served one bowl of rice although it says entrees come with rice. Server said that it’s due to food waste that they serve one rice at a time. That’s ridiculous! If you’re that concerned with how much a person eats, you shouldn’t be in business. When the customer pays for the food, it’s their property. They shut down the buffet for “waste” as well. Water didn’t have any ice in it and was warm. Go to a reputable cafe that gives you your moneys worth. The owner gets angry when the truth is posted about himself as you can see in his response below. This isn’t India sir. You’re not smart enough to know that I shouldn’t have to ask for more rice when it’s allegedly included in the meal and there are TWO people sitting at the table. Are you blind? We should all cook at home and let companies like yours go out of business and yes, I speak out about rudeness and bad service places like YOU.

We love Nutmeg & the quality of their food. We are so happy they are back on this area again and we recommend them to everyone who loves great authentic Indian food. I ordered the butter chicken which was amazing! Extremely tender and juicy dark chicken! I also ordered the garlic naan which was great as well! The food was wonderful and the customer’s service was amazing and friendly. They have a wide variety of southern and northern Indian food. I loved my tandoori chicken and the rice was perfectly cooked and flaky. The waiter answered questions and offered to adjust the heat/spice of the food on a scale of 1 to 10. The owner was gracious and conscientious about the quality of the food. I will definitely return and look forward to trying more dishes. We especially loved the quiet atmosphere enabling easy conversation.
