The food was amazing, it’s easy to see why they got their Michelin star. Beautiful restaurant ( the interior designs and arts, the view, location). You could certainly feel the great energy of the many young talents /staff there. Excellent service. Perhaps 12 course and the portion was a bit too generous for us (at our age haha), when the time came for their 6 desserts we were quite full already! Would recommend that you go there hungry and with empty stomach and be prepared for an adventurous dining experience. All in all, Excellent food and great experience!

A culinary journey awaits at Nusara. Had very high expectations finally dinning here, and the whole team at Nusara delivered over and above! The journey starts with the first bites in the kitchen, warming you up for dinning experience ahead. You then move up to the glass celarium, amazing views and food bites await. Finally settle into the dinning room, for the main experience. I had the wine pairing, and it enhanced the dinning experience perfectly. The service was great, keeping the pace of dinner smooth. We’ll done, and deserve all the awards and recognition. Continue serving up this journey, and I hope to dine with you again!

Wow! This restaurant was an experience as well as what will be one of the top 10 meals of my life. From the greeting upon entering the lush red velvet covered chairs and greeting typed that was on the tray served to us while we waited to meet the chef and team, to the photo in front of Wat Pho, to the many other courses that followed. All wait staff approached our table with gentle presence and explained in detail each course, the wine steward infused his wisdom about wine and culture and one of the owners personally guided us to a lookout spot following dinner and took our photo with Wat Arun in background. We felt welcomed into a families home and our taste buds were delighted by the exotic and perfectly created dishes! Thank you and Namaste!

We ate here Feb 4, 2026. We thoroughly enjoyed our meal, the presentation, the staff and the location & atmosphere.

I read some of the reviews prior to going and we did not experience any of the negative issues that others have raised. The courses were definitely not bland but rather covered a wide spectrum from subtle to bold flavours. The servers were very good about pointing out which dishes were spicy. We are Canadian and asked for the food to be spicy and did not find anything to be too spicy to eat.

We thought the dishes were creative and did a very good job of showcasing different regions of Thai cuisine and different ingredients, from the lotus flower to crab to beef.

They offer a comprehensive wine list in addition to the pairings. The prices were what you would expect for Thailand and included some reasonable bottles of wine as well as some very extravagant and rare bottles. There was a 700 baht charge for water for two, which I was expecting. I suggest you decline the water they offer if the cost is going to detract from your overall experience; it is definitely the most expensive water I’ve had to this point in my life.

Chef Ton does it again. After enjoying Le Du on my last Bangkok trip, Nusara delivered just as strongly. The flavours were well balanced throughout, and when it comes to the mains, I preferred this slightly more than Potong. The short rib with its crispy edges and melt in the mouth centre was impressive, and the wagyu pad kra pao was perfectly tender, which isn’t always easy with beef. The tom kha with gourami fish and smoked mushroom was one of my favourites, alongside the blue swimming crab curry with crispy garuda leaves. The way flavours and textures are layered together just feels very thoughtful and refined. 8.5/10

Our favorite restaurant in Thailand. No.6 in Asia, 1*. The crab soup was the best soup I’ve ever had. Live small crab. Sato wine. Sago (starch extracted from palms) dessert was mind blowing.

An outstanding experience with a truly sensational menu. The view, service, flavors, and presentation are perfectly aligned. Set within a characterful building, the atmosphere is exceptional, we felt genuinely welcome from the moment we arrived.

Excellent modern thai and a great experience. Such attentive and lovely servers with a nice presentation of the food and drinks. We did the cocktail menu which was fun! Absolutely recommended. It definitely should have a star or two compared with other Michelin-starred restaurants.

Accomodates for gluten free diet.

We had 4 delicious bites before being seated at our table and they were all outstanding so we were getting very excited for our dinner. Sadly the dinner courses were extremely underwhelming and we so wanted to be ‘wow, that was the best thing we ever ate’ but that did not happen. The cocktail pairing we did was really good and the first few desserts were excellent. But sadly the overall food experience was very disappointing.

Excellent service, atmosphere and location, but the food was a letdown. We specifically requested a non-spicy menu, yet most of the dishes were still incredibly spicy. Our mouths were so numb from the heat that we couldn’t enjoy anything. Honestly, not a single dish stood out as excellent. To make matters worse, the Thai Tea pairing was very weak and almost tasteless. Deeply disappointing for 2,500 THB. At nearly €250 per person, it was a dinner to forget.
