Went to this place for dinner during my stay at Belmont, CA. The place good a decent atmosphere and ambience. I tried their Samsa, and some chicken and beef items. The food was served at a good temperature. The taste was decent too. However, I feel there is room for improvement on taste. Service was very satisfactory.

Nursel is such a wonderful restaurant! The food is absolutely delicious — the kind of dishes you dream about. The desserts reminded me of childhood, so tasty and comforting. Portions are very generous, everything is flavorful, and you definitely won’t leave hungry.

Low light, romantic and chill atmosphere, with tentative staff. I loved the 5 different hearty soups. The Borscht (red beet and beef) soup felt healthy and tasty with sour cream. The Solyanka soup was my favorite due to its smoky, full flavor. I also tried the lentil-carrot soup, the lamb soup, and dumpling soup, which I liked well enough but the others were out-of-this-world!!!
I also tried the Napoleon cake, which was light and fluffy. It was very lightly sweetened the way most Asian desserts are. A mix between baklava and cake.
