Super fresh, high quality ingredients, super satisfying & so so yummy. Love this place, I order for delivery often. Feels like you’re indulging but it’s so healthy. 100% would recommend. Favorites are Chef K Salad, Acai Bowl, Nurish Breakfast Sandwhich.

Healthy and nourishing food that is excellently sourced. Nurish is a vital staple in BK and New Jersey; it offers a vast menu of food that is simple, fresh and tasty. I usually get the brioche and egg sandwich and a latte. Also, I occasionally get the chicken sausage added into my egg and cheese. A tad on the pricey side but you know it’s going to who works at Nurish and the ingredients cannot be topped. Truly a treasure – the owner does great work

Health food cafe with plenty of options and dietary accommodations. There’s a laidback, neighborhood feel and staff have always been friendly. For someone that’s trying to eat clean, this spot uses fresh ingredients that work really well together. The prices are hefty but the portions make up for it on most of the items. Great spot in the Prospect Heights area! Below is a breakdown of what I ordered, along with my thoughts. Asterisks (*) indicate items I especially enjoyed and would recommend ordering again.

*The Nurrita Breakfast Burrito ($16) – One of favorites here. It’s packed with veggies, eggs, and potatoes. You can forget the hot sauce since this burrito does not miss!

Queen Caesar Wrap ($17) – As caesar wraps go, I’m not mad about this one. It’s pretty one-dimensional with a decent amount of chicken. Some citrus and croutons would level it up.

I really hope this place uses clean ingredients because boy oh boy one of the best bowls I ever had. I have a new favorite and that jerk sauce my gosh! I had Jerk chicken, quinoa, Brussel sprouts, cauliflower, and zucchini’s. Only down fall cheap on the amount of protein i literally got 3 slices of chicken.

I’m on my fourth bite and already planning my next visit here. I literally googled “quinoa bowl” while walking through Prospect Park and decided to try this spot. It’s immaculate. Warm vibes. Happy hearts. Peaceful energy.

I ordered the cleansing tonic juice (10/10) and the farro & veg bowl with egg and salmon added (11/10!). (Note: The salmon is a generous fillet!)

The atmosphere gives hanging at your favorite cousin’s house. Cleo Sol playing on a cold fall day. I love it. Fully recommend.

I promise you, this kale sandwich should be on EVERYONE’s bucket list. I literally ate it everyday for a week straight. Eat it now thank me later. It’s great all the time but I always request mine be made by Chef Carmelo because he just got that extra special touch.

The food is fantastic and very reasonably priced. There is some indoor and outdoor seating. The place is small and cozy but it does get VERY loud due to the blender going when they get a lot of orders. It’s easy for this place to get packed but the line moves quickly.

The food is very fresh and again, tastes AMAZING. I got the rude boi sandwich and an apple blossom green juice. My total was $20

I was craving oatmeal and found Nurish while on vacation in NYC. It was a hike for us to get there but SO WORTH IT! It was truly the best oatmeal I’ve ever had. It had a creamy consistency with an added crunch from the granola topping. The fruit compote added the perfect balance of sweetener. It was a healthy serving that went well with delicious freshly brewed coffee. I wish I had a Nurish close to my home.

I’m shocked by the good reviews. $21 for half a bowl of quinoa, cold mushy flavorless veggies and undercooked tofu . So disappointed.

Love this place. I’ve always seen it driving, however, never stopped by until it was on classpass. The Cesar salad was perfection and the green juice was good. I wish it was a little sweeter but nonetheless it was good. Definitely going back!
